Excellent location for sights shopping and all, lovely big room and great choice for breakfast, great massage and reasonably priced, staff very helpful arranging taxi to go to a from airport and good communication, also gave early check in to our friends, I arrived the day before Stayed 3 times in three years

Could perhaps do with a bar to have gin etc after a busy day.

The staff spoke English well and were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Given that Hanoi is very noisy I requested a quiet room and was given one at the back and so completely quiet. The included breakfast is a magnificent self-service buffet along with a selection of cooked items on request. I was on a day trip when I needed to check out, but they allowed me to use the spa shower to freshen up after I got back and before going to the airport. My luggage was stored safely. The central location means it is easy walking distance to places such as railway street and the Water Puppet theatre, and there is a huge variety of street food available. The room service menu is very good.

This hotel is an absolute gem nestled in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter Hanoi. We arrived around 8.30am and naturally our room was not ready. We decided to take a walk around the neighbourhood to get our bearings. Within 5 minutes we were sitting at a coffee shop on train street with the next train due in seconds. It was so convenient to walk everywhere. We selected the Royal Terrace Suite. The room was beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed. We loved the hotel so much we decided to stay an extra night. Unfortunately the terrace suite was not available but we were offered the Royal balcony suite. The room was HUGE. I think we may choose option the next time we stay. The main stars of this hotel are the staff. Every single staff member has a welcoming smile and all are eager to help. Bora helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us and had our luggage moved to our new room for our return. The cost of the day trip was probably a fraction more expensive than if I used a travel agent but if you want convenience and trustworthiness I recommend you definitely book your excursions through the hotel. Breakfast was excellent too. Buffet and eggs al a carte. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and efficient staff.

Absolutely everything. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and informative before we arrived and that just continued throughout our stay. Thomas was really helpful in sorting taxis and tours and the whole team were just so fantastic! The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to most things and the rooms were spacious and luxurious! Loved it and have booked to come back for one night at the end of our trip because it was so good! They also brought me a cake and wine to mark my birthday which was such a special touch and completely unexpected.

We stayed 5 nights in this very beautiful hotel and felt like home. The room were very nicely equpied, clean and the beds large and comfortable so that we slept very well. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast from the buffet where you can order some extra things such as Pho Soup, omlette, egg benedicts... The staff was very friendly and helpful and some of them spoke an excellent English. The location of the hotel was very central and in walking distance of several restaurants, silk shops and cafés. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.

Nothing all was perfect!

Exceptional staff, especially Tracey who gave unbelievable service. Great location and lovely breakfast. We requested a scale to weigh our bags and also an ironing board and both delivered to our room promptly. We were sitting in the lobby waiting for a pick up and the staff approached us offering to ring the tour company for us. Also on the last day after check out and going for a walk, they let us use the shower in the spa facility to freshen up before leaving for our flight. Incredible service from everyone in reception.

The shower was only Luke warm on one morning.

I liked the staff very much in this hotel, all very friendly, professional and very nice to have a chat with. They all helped me with all my needs and questions, they were greetings me by my name which definitely brought a smile on my face! The room was great with a small balcony on a very quiet side of the hotel and the bed extremely comfy. The bathroom even had a big bathtub! Overall, a great stay in this hotel and I can definitely recommend it to other travellers!

the room would perhaps use a bit more lighting as it was a little bit dark, but also mainly due to the poor weather and grey sky during my stay

This was our second time staying at O’Gallery PHS and was just as good as our first (we actually canceled at another hotel to stay here again on our return to Hanoi!). We are a family of four - and both our young children said it’s the best place they’ve ever stayed. The staff here is exceptional and goes above and beyond in all aspects of the stay. We had needed to check in early after arriving on a night train and they worked hard to get us into our room as soon as possible and ensured we were comfortable throughout. The staff manager Thomas was available for questions throughout (even on WhatsApp) - and everyone knew our names no matter what time of day we entered/exited. The breakfast is terrific - and the location is convenient - in the heart of a touristy section of Hanoi.

This boutique hotel offers an escape from the crazy chaos called Hanoi and is a welcome refuge. I loved the hotels beautiful design and my room was very comfortable. . The staff go above and beyond to help on any request, right down to offering me a take away breakfast at 5 a.m.. The location is fantastic to get out and discover all Hampi has to offer. The night markets, the Lake, the water puppet show, and great bars, restaurants and the hussling city. Can't say enough about this lovely Hotel O' Gallery!

The welcome from the Staff when we arrived very late at night. The daily breakfast was superb with very attentive Staff. The Hotel is situated in the middle of the óld quarter'of Hanoi within easy reach of local eateries, interesting shops and tourist attractions.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.
