Fabulous room, staff excellent Chole organised the trip to Halong Bay before we arrived which was 5 stars. Would be very confident to recommend her to organise any trip for you. Also collected and dropped off at airport. Location perfect right in the old town beside the French Quarter could walk to all the main sights easily. Room was big, clean, large bed, balcony.l, great view over the city, stayed on floor 6 and 7.

Phone call.at 11.30pm when we has a 4am pick up for a very early flight, interrupted our sleep. Only to ask if we would pay now or when we leave! Spoiled a perfect stay.

The hotel is located right next to Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient for traveling and visiting famous places. The staff here are extremely friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to support customers to the fullest. They provided us with a map of Hanoi with suggestions for places to eat and have fun, which was very helpful. The room was impeccable - beautiful and artistic, exactly like in the photos shared by the hotel. Breakfast was a great experience with a diverse buffet. And the special thing is that we had the opportunity to stay here during the hotel's opening period, so we were upgraded to a free room and also visited other room categories of the hotel. That was great and made us very satisfied when choosing to stay here.

The hotel is very well located, inside the old town. What made our stay great, was the cheerful and incredibly helpful staff of the hotel. They provided advice, support for booking different activities and transfers to the airport. It should be noted that it was noisy in the room from all the hustle on the street below. I guess this applies for all Hanoi, but if you are a light sleeper, consider earplugs for the early mornings. We had some issues with the WiFi, but they were resolved following our note to the staff.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We did so because the staff are wonderful and the breakfast substantial. They do need to train their restaurant staff to be more attentive to everything from checking to see if the tables are cleaned when someone leaves, even setting the table would be helpful, ensuring their are napkins, etc on the table, plates available, to making sure that there is a constant fresh supply of food. Many times we went down and there was no food on a number occasions. We had to ask numerous times to refill different dishes that were empty. All it would take is to have a staff member do a sweep every time new people arrive to ensure they have what they need without having to ask for it.

The staff here are really kind, helpful and generous. They are willing to share everything that you would like to know. The location is good and quite, but not far away from the lake, the local market and night market. The rooms are clean and it provides everything needed. It's a very good time to stay there, if I have chance to Hanoi afterwards, I will choose Beryl Signature again. Also many sockets, very good for business or travel, to charge phones, PCs, Pads, camera battery, portable charger and other device at the same time.

In Vietnam, this hotel is likely one of the few that provides excellent customer service. In comparison to other Old Quarter hotels, the rooms are quite large, even though the reception area may be a bit small. There are several breakfast alternatives, such as eggs benedict, and delicious coffee. Those departing with a late flight will find it quite convenient because they may shower and spend time in the pool after check-out and before the departure. Every staff person I encountered was really friendly. I am extremely delighted that Sofia, helped me arrange the Halong Bay Cruise, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip

This is our second visit to Hanoi and our second stay here. Honestly, it would be difficult to stay anywhere else. The service we received was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is rated 4 stars but really it should be rated 5 stars with the good service from all staff. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety to suit all tastes. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious with very comfortable beds. They set up free mineral water, tea and coffee.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, number of restaurants in the area. Close to the train street. Although located on a busy street, it fleels very safe and no noise as we had a room to the rear of the hotel. Good value for money. Smallish hotel but, the room was modern and updated.

We had booked a room with a city view. What we got was the room at the entry level, which has a balcony but is completely enclosed by the building behind it. It took them a day to move is to a higher floor room.

ALL THE STAFF GREAT we liked our stay here 😀 PHUC AT RECEPTION AND THE GUY HELPING WITH OUR LUGGAGE VERY PROACTIVE ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND VERY POLITE. Another Restaurant guy served breakfast and I forgot name so kind even called our tour guy to help us get our bus correctly. Awesome service. 👌 Location great near to train station and rooms having all basic amenities

The restaurant girl wasn't able to serve; she called.us first day to have breakfast even though we said we didn't checkin yet as we arrived early and later started asking money. It wasn't a good feeling also food got over often and she said butter not there etcetc but I wont complain as I saw other days she was alone serving too many guests so I understand shes trying her best. Management need to put more room for breakfast and also not let food over fast if too many bookings.

We stayed at this hotel twice at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Vietnam. The hotel is clean and provides very good breakfast. What we loved the most is the staff. The staff is simply amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, always super friendly and very attentive. The contact with the hotel prior to our arrival was great too, including organizing airport pick up. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and should we visit Hanoi again, we will certainly come back.
