Nice room. An elevator to the upper floors. Good climate control. Firm but comfy bed. Curtains blocked the light. Strong shower. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample.

My balcony overlooked the hospital across the street and the ambulance sirens were constant. NOT the hotels fault. But couldn’t open the doors due to the noise Steep stairs to get to the hotel lobby. If I had a backpack - it would have been easy. Staff was VERY helpful with my luggage

Perfect stay in Hanoi, just as a stop gap but served its purpose very well 😊✨ staff were lovely and could check in whenever!! rooms were small but clean with all the amenities!! no complaints at all !! breakfast was great too !! thanks again - highly recommend 🙌🏼

Great hotel right in the center of the old town. Friendly, cheerful staff, very close to the Cathedral and surrounding famous locations. Clean room, delicious breakfast with tea and fruit juice. Room price is very good compared to the area. Will come back here next time if I have a chance to come to Hanoi again.

I used the hotel 3 separate times during one Vietnam visit. On the last occasion I was on 7 th floor. The lift only goes to 6. Someone did help with the luggage though

The staff were so friendly and helpful and were accommodating for all of our needs! Perfect location central to everything.

The rooms were quite small and squished-I think the pictures on the booking site could use updating.

The room was spacious, the balcony was a great addition for a room in Hanoi. The bed was super comfy & the staff were very helpful. I found Chambers in reception particularly welcoming and so lovely, he made the stay perfect for me!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was close to the main attractions without being too busy. What I was most impressed by was the service provided by the staff. They were happy to help with everything from booking daytrips to arranging simcards.

No faults. It is worth knowing that the front roller doors close overnight, but the front desk is always staffed and they will open up at the push of a button.
