Cahn the Manager shows great leadership to his staff. Ha was a loveky receptionist when at the front desk and Thien could not have been helpful - always doing jobs for you and always smiling. Ha was the same - always smiling. I believe this is because their manager modelled this very good practice. This is not a common practice in the west. The hotel was exacty as marketed UNLIKE the Ramada in Hong Kong (which was the idurect opposite of the photos shown and the Marketing used!!!!!) It was spotlessly clean and earned every day The staff were friendly and helpful and always respectful. I will go back again but highly recommend it.

Nice clean fairly newly renovated hotel in ideal spot in Old quarter. There is now an elevator, and there are bath tubs in rooms. I was on the fifth floor with a window view and stayed an extra week because I was happy there. Decent value as it's a little pricy in the old Quarter for SE Asia. Near the cathedral which I think is the very best micro-area.

I had to have the bathroom cleaned again when I first arrived as there was gross hair all over the floor but after that they came in and tidied up every day and it is generally very clean. No grime in the corners as you get in some places.

The owner was very accommodating. He took all our luggages to our room and gave us a box of biscuits for our children. He's very responsive to our questions/messages in the app and arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport (separate payment). The room was spacious for six people. It's simple but very clean and smelled good. It has all the basic things you need for a comfortable stay. There's an elevator as well which is nice; and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, spas and some places of interest. It's not noisy so we were able to sleep well.

There weren't electric blankets (heater) or portable heaters available; but the owner kindly lent us more blankets.

On our last day, we’ve booked Room 100 ground level beside the elevator. Room has poor ventilation. Bathroom floor drains on the wrong end in-front of the vanity and floods. It’s ok for us as we just used it to leave luggage and shower but something to consider when staying multiple days.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, they also organized a driver to bring us to the Airport which was less expensive than Grab. The location couldn‘t have been better, it was in the middle of the old town and you could walk everywhere.

The room had a window but you could only see the other building, so there wasn‘t much daylight.

Great location! It was near St. Joseph Cathedral and walking distance to the night market and several spots. We brought many luggages since we worked for 3 months but the staff were very helpful - shoutout to Kay! The room is spacious, clean, has WiFi and complimentary water bottles. The wash room has shampoo, shower gel, and dental kits, too. The receptionist also gave us free water bottles but I forgot to ask her name. Overall, 10 ⭐️

Great location. It’s close to the lake, many good restaurants and good shops yet stays in a very quiet neighborhood without much street noise at night (which happens quite rarely in the Old Quarter based on our experience staying there several times at different properties). The hotel is clean, staff is welcoming and helpful.

The shower’s hot/cold setting is a bit tricky to get used to. Wifi on the higher-up floor isn’t always working.

Very lovely staff and incredible location. Room had all the amenities we needed. Reception organised us an airport transfer and laundry service which was well priced and very helpful.

Air condition very temperamental and we struggled to get any hot water. Room could’ve been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t a major issue.

The rates are relatively affordable considering the location is very near to everything. The reception staff is very helpful and easy to communicate as they can speak english which is a plus factor.

Not a big issue. we are actually located at the 7th floor while the elevator is up to 6th floor only but then the construction is ongoing. anyway, the place as a whole is good to stay. Nothing to complain

Comfortable, spacious room in good condition. Convenient location, near to many attractions like the lake, museums and cathedral. Good value for money, and good place for walking and exploring.

The stairwell outside the room is open, and noise travels easily from the stairs or other floors. The hotel is also on a narrow alley, so taxis are not able to access it directly.
