Great location, quiet dorm at night and a bit more anonymous as it's a huge hostel, but the price is totally fine for what you get, fresh clean towel, staff is available 24/7 and always willing to help. Great to explore the city and have some good sleep. Very spacious bed area and great for storage!

It wasn't as clean as other hostels I've stayed in for this price range, but still totally fine. The bathrooms were always clean, just the dorm floors weren't. Still would recommend to go here and have a good and nice stay 🙂

Great location - a quiet street near to the lake, old quarter and amazing coffee places ! Linh at the hostel was lovely and very helpful in organising tours and I had a great 3 day trip to Sapa with smooth pick up etc. the beds were also comfy, with stairs up to the top bunks. Lockers were spacious too.

This has now changed but there was no breakfast on my first two days which meant it was hard to meet anyone else and it was almost too quiet. But they started serving it on my last day which will help a lot !

Staff members are just amazing, just smile, they are really trustful people and they gave great recommandations, can book you with decent price (unlike traveling agency) buses, help you renting scooters with their networks. Thank to them I could have my bus to Ha Long in a few hours. I asked to stay another night the day I was supposed to check out, they did it right away. I did 3 hostels in Hanoi so far and this one really good, value for money. Recommend you to spend your nights if you are in Hanoi. (If you can play with An, also one of the staff member's boy, please do so, he is a good one :))

The guy talking at midnight on his phone like he was alone.. For me, my bed tend to be humid in the 6 floor which bother me a bit and they don't have a rooftop/quiet place to exercise. (did it on the balcony tho)

This is a wonderful place to stay — everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. The location is also great, right in the city center. A special mention goes to Lynn at the reception — she is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a stay!

Alex at the reception was really helpful, he kindly helped us when booking our buses to Sapa. the location is good in the old quarter of Hanoi. the hostel gives a breakfast every morning and the option for tours. the beds were very comfortable.

It was difficult to climb five flights of stairs.

- The receptionist and cleaners went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable and made really good recommendations for tours and bookings - Love the dorm beds: had nice shelving, hooks to hang clothes and a mini fan at each bed in addition to air condition. Privacy curtains worked well. - Centrally located and very well within walking distance to great food and attractions that are in the Old Quarters - Shower was okay, but could use some bath mats

There was a member of the dorm coughing like mad for the two days I was there. Didn’t practice very proper hygiene either with lack of mask and hand sanitising when I saw her. Not hotel’s fault, just a thing to take note of when staying at hostels now as guest and maybe a good thing for hostel owners to take note of as well.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk and everything is close by. The train street was only about 10-15 mins walk. The staff were really helpful and they helped arrange my ha Giang loop tour which i loved. Quite at night

The location is great, only a few minutes away from the Old Quarter. There's hardly any noise and the room is clean. Staff is helpful and eager to help with booking different activities.
