Great budget stay in Hanoi, the dorms are super clean, and have all the facilities you need as well as fast laundry service. Big thank you to Alex for going out of his way to help book the Ha Giang Loop tour for us, he sorted us with all the best busses and private rooms in the tour and just told where we needed to be at what time and made everything so simple for us!

Mattresses in the dorm are very firm. Completely down to personal preference and there’s no complaining when it’s so reasonably priced!

Have to give a shout out to the helpful English speaking staff. They went above and beyond helping me enjoy my stay in Hanoi and Alex was help me book my trip to Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang Loop And Ninh Binh so cheap and nice trip. Here, you’ll be located right in the heart of everything going on. It’s budget friendly - I got myself a private room and it was well worth it. The space was big enough for me to organize and keep my things organized while I stayed.

The staff were very helpful. The location is central. The rooms are old, but clean. It was a handy stay before catching the bus to sapa.

Although it looked like it was down a quiet little alley, it was quite noisy. There were a lot of voices coming up from the courtyard below at night (I was on the 3rd floor) . Also, whoever was upstairs seemed to be moving the furniture a lot (very loud on the tile floors). Both of these things are out of the control of the hotel.

We loved our stay at Hanoi Luxury Hotel! We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was really clean and also very quiet and peaceful. The location in the old quarter was excellent and there was lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Hanoi!

The Hotel is perfectly located close to Saint-Joseph Cathedral and 200 m from Hoan Kiem lake. The people here are very and especially Alex, who was very helpful with helping to book taxi/transportation and excursions. Thank you so much for your welcoming, I will come Back

Hotel is so nice and clear also staff is helpfull and friendly Alex was so good help me take a ticket go to Cao Bang, Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay everything beautiful for me, thank you for everything and hight recomment stay this hotel so happy a nice trip.

the hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and the lake, everything is clean and well-kept, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and clean. the best thing about this place is definitely the people who work there, kind, friendly and they can give you good advice on tours and buses. I recommend the tour to halong bay! I will definitely be back!

Alex - guy on the reception was amazing! Very very helpful, care about our stay, about our trips, he recommended us many things, which worthed for it. The hotel is at center - close to all important points. Is located at small street , so we were not disturbed by street noice! Cleaning of bathroom could be better, but except this all was just perfect!

I love this hostel, Alex always makes me feel so welcome and he helps me so much with any plans I have - he organized everything for me and my sister's trip to Ha Giang, for a really good price too! This hotel is less than £5 per night, does laundry very quickly, and Alex will help you with any of your adventures! Thank you so much 😊
