The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. From offering helpful recommendations for local attractions to assisting with booking a cruise in Ha Long Bay, their level of service was outstanding. Moreover, the hotel's central location was perfect, as it provided easy access to the city's vibrant center and a wide variety of dining options nearby. It was incredibly convenient to explore the bustling streets of Hanoi and indulge in delicious local cuisine just steps away from the hotel. The location is great! Rooms are cleaned daily, with two bottles of water replenished. Breakfast is simple, but satisfying and very tasty! The lady who serves breakfast is wonderful, very kind 🥰 They were very attentive regarding the transfer and check in at dawn.

There was some confusion when paying because of the website I booked on. I thought it had already been paid for, but it wasn't and I only found out on the penultimate day of my stay. I think the verification should have been done at check-in! I also had to explain twice that I didn't consume a large bottle of water. I had bought it outside, but I still had to explain it twice. But they were super kind and understanding and double-checked it as I had asked.

Staff were really friendly & helpful. Booked a Ninh Binh tour through the hotel which was excellent, easy to book & cheaper than others online. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing - lots of choices & cooked freshly for you Was easy to leave my bag there before & after check in/out. Location is really central to old town, very close to the lake. Lots of cafes, restaurants & tourist attractions near by.

The only downside is the wifi wasn’t reliable. It was good when it worked but I had a few issues.

The location was super convenient - right in the city center and really close to restaurants and souvenir shops. We only stayed for a night and slept for a few hours. The room was clean, but it looked a bit old as there were some parts of the floor starting to peel. The hotel has a lift, which was super helpful for seniors and PWDs. What we really appreciated was that they packed our breakfast to-go since we had to check out at 4am to catch our flight - such a nice gesture! Overall, the staff were really friendly and did their best to adjust to whatever we needed.

The room was a bit on the pricey side, especially compared to other hotels nearby that were nicer and more affordable.

I highly recommended this hotel. Very accommodating. There is a situation that they need to transfer us in different hotel for one night but in return they moved us to their executive room, if Im not mistaken. The room is so nice! Receptionists are very friendly and the woman who serving breakfast is so kind! We failed to get up early yet she still served us food even the other guy told us that the Breakfast is closed, she insisted to served us as much food as she can. Love her! Lastly, the place is very near to all destination we wanted to go. I definitely go back and book in the same place again.

When we arrived in Vietnam at the beginning of our trip, we stayed here and loved the hotel, so we decided to stay here again at the end of our trip, three weeks later. The staff is very nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a bigger room the second time we stayed here and offered to help arrange transportation to the airport They also allowed us to leave our bags at the reception after checkout. I really liked the transparency with which they handled everything. They tracked our luggage with a receipt. They also gave us a stamped paper copy of our payment for our stay. No other hotel we've stayed in Vietnam has been as transparent. The hotel has a very good location, although it is a bit hidden, since it is on a pedestrian street, is perfect because there is no noise in the rooms. Located in the French Quarter (Hoan Kiem area), it's possible to walk to the Old Quarter and practically all of the city's attractions. In both stays at the hotel the rooms have been spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is a bit scarce and is only served until 9:30. At night they close the main door but they always have someone from the staff sleeping at the reception who can open it. The value for money is good for the city of Hanoi.

- Very weird room design with hanging lamps above the bed (we ended up bumping our heads into them 2-3 times) - There were mattresses on the stairs of every floor, which raised concerns about fire exit safety regulations !!! - Simple breakfast - Awful coffee (I highly recommend Tornado Coffee, a lovely family-owned place nearby) - Bathroom needs some renovation (leaky sink and outdated facilities)

The Hotel is located in a central part of Hanoi, which made it very logistically convenient. The Hotel was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served with a smile and there was a great selection of different items.

It was difficult for taxi drivers to approach the Hotel, as the road it is on is too narrow for cars.

Very clean and closer to a lot of restaurants. Just 1km walk to major attractions like military museums, history museum and the famous train street. The hotel manager Susan helped me a lot in planning my trip and arranged for it. Overall it was a really great 1 week stay at Serenity

The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, good size and had a nice view over the city. In the heart of the old quarter and within walking distance to a lot of the tourist activities. I had to leave early as our son got sick and had to go to hospital. Even though they have a non-refundable policy, they refunded me for the nights that I didn't end up staying without me even asking. The place was so great that we immediately returned when our son got better.
