The location is at the middle of everything surrounded by coffee shops, local restaurants and stores for shopping , the cathedral is just few meters from the hotel, let’s say 500 meters, you can walk around and discover golden gems but prepare your sun protector and be ready for the hit of the weather, another important and valuable comment here is about the staff, it’s 10/10, they were gentle, accommodating all of my needs, my requests were attended with a high level of customer service approach. All of them were friendly, always asking how do I feel, if I enjoyed, they gave me some snacks when I arrived, also there was a problem with the air conditioner, they solved the issue providing me another room, apologizing for the inconvenience and transferring me to a new room with a cup of refreshing tea and fruits as extra add on, finally the day when I left they provided me a box of breakfast considering my early checkout time and a gift from the staff appreciating my time in the hotel, that was unexpected and at the same time it made my day! Definitely I will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, I recommend staying here. Trang and the rest of the staff at the reception were exceptional and went above and beyond -- my friend asked for Trang's help to procure a cake for me during my birthday, and she readily delivered and more (even to the extent of singing a birthday song for me with my friend and taking our videos and photos)! The hotel was not very large but had a welcoming vibe, and my room was so spacious, clean, and comfortable! I had a good view of the street below from my balcony. There is a small elevator for people with mobility issues or heavy bags. It was perfectly located near the lake; some of the main sights were a short walk away and there were lots of food options around. Great value for the price point!

Nothing, but just note that breakfast was served in another hotel (probably their sister hotel) two or three buildings down the street. Just a short walk. And if you wake up late, you might not have a lot of breakfast options in the buffet, but you can still order from the warm options. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but filling and varied (a mix of Western and Vietnamese / Asian options).

This property was a real gem of a find in Vietnam just far enough of the main road to be only a five minute walk to the cathedral and no more than 10 minute walk to the lake and the hop on hop off bus. The people at the accommodation could not have been nicer and nothing was too much trouble for them when it rained and I needed to go along to their sister hotel for breakfast. They would not even let me carry my own umbrella. I really cannot fault this accommodation. I was on 6th floor with room overlooking side street below with lovely balcony and views across the roof tops.

What an amazing hotel , my wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon - the staff went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of making our stay comfortable - helped us find the best food spots and also helped book a tour outside of the city that was great even left hotel and walked us to the pick up spot - hotel itself was very comfortable - nice balcony facing a coffee shop/ bakery - very close to everything - highly recommend!

Wonderful small hotel with genuinely friendly staff. The location is perfect. It’s very close to everything but quiet at night. The staff are lovely especially the two young women on reception. There’s a good coffee shop right across the road which opens quite early. Breakfast is at one of their other hotels but only 3 or 4 doors away and really nice with lots of choice. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are only two rooms on each floor, I think maybe 12 rooms in total. Each room has a little balcony overlooking the street which is full of activity throughout the day. If I’m ever back in Hanoi I would stay there again.

I have been all over the world and stayed in some beautiful 5 Star hotels, But this hotel is 3 Stars but the Hotel staff Trang and Hang are so beautiful inside and out , Helpful go over and above the Normal Duties. cannot do enough for for the gusts like me. I class this as my best hotel. because all the fantastic hard work they put in.I hope they get recognition for a 6 star device they provided well done and thank you. kind regards Malcolm Bain

The location is perfect since it smacks right at the center of the city near tourist spots and good eats. The staff is the BEST! VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. They speak good English. Shout out to Trang, Ming, and Moon and all the staff for making me feel so safe and at home! I miss them already!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and had lovely street views. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious.

Everything was great. Nice and cozy decoration, 100% clean, everything smelled amazing, the girls at the reception were AMAZING. The street where the hotel is located might be one of the most quiet in Hanoi. We felt very sad leaving this place
