Good location near to old quarter and short walk to lake hoan kiem. Short and cheap grab rides to most attractions. All staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

My stay was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options both veggie and non-veggie. The also catered for your needs if required. The location is incredible. Walk to anywhere or you can get a Grab to anywhere super easy. Just a walking distance to shops and coffee shops. Super close to train street and Old quarter. While close to busy places, this hotel was quiet and on a not-so-busy street. The people at the hotel were super nice and they made sure everything was up to my liking and that I was satisfied with their service. They were just amazing! The room was also great, spacious, super clean (they room service is amazing), and the bed was super comfy and the pillows were so good. I was there for 3 weeks and it felt like home. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Minerva hotel. The hotel staff is always friendly and are well organised. The breakfast is very good with a decent variety of food also for vegetarians. The restaurant staff is very professional and nice. You can choose from both the buffet and also from a la carte. The rooms are cleaned well and are spacious, especially the shower! The lobby of the hotel looks beautiful and well maintained. The location of the hotel is central to a lot of the main sight seeings.

The only inconvenience we had was the payment issue with the hotel system somehow not accepting our creditcard and some issues with the bed seating when we arrived, but Steve the manager really acted professional and swiftly took care of the problems. Our stay after that was excellent and without any further issues.

Review: Minerva Premium Hotel – 8 Perfect Nights, 5 Stars for Everything Our family stayed a total of 8 nights at Minerva Premium Hotel during our 30-day journey across Vietnam, from the North to the South. We stayed here in three separate periods – the first 3 nights, another 2 nights in the middle, and the last 3 nights before flying back to Denmark. Every time we returned, it truly felt like coming home. We booked a Connecting Room, which was extremely spacious, fully equipped, spotless, and neatly arranged. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully cared for. The hotel also helped us design our travel tours, stored our luggage for two weeks while we were in Ho Chi Minh City, and when we came back, our luggage was already neatly placed in our new room – an impressive and rare level of service. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. From the security guards, bellboys, and receptionists to the housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant staff – everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. The restaurant staff not only served us attentively but also often checked in on us, sometimes offering small complimentary treats for the children. Even the laundry service was remarkable: very reasonable prices, clothes returned fresh, neatly folded, and carefully wrapped – something I have not experienced at other hotels. When it was time to leave, the staff lined up outside and waved goodbye until our car was out of sight. That warm gesture will stay in our hearts forever. We usually don’t eat much at hotel restaurants, but here the food was delicious and suited our taste, especially at the sky bar on the top floor, with a beautiful view and great atmosphere. During this trip, after having an unpleasant experience in another city, returning to Minerva Premium Hotel made us feel relieved and happy – “Oh, thank goodness, we’re back to the place where we feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

We are just checking out of this beautiful hotel, we stayed for 3 nights as our final destination of our asia travels! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the service standards are exceptional with the added touch of friendliness and care for if you want professional service then they are more than happy to just serve you but if you would like recommendations and conversations on where to go, to eat, activities, etc then they are the all welcoming to talk to. We booked to room with the Jacuzzi on the large balcony as pictures are attached, It is defiantly worth the upgrade for people who are looking to relax in Hanoi and wanting to escape the hustle. You are 8 floors up and can barely hear the street noise below which is excellent. We were offered free drinks up on their sky bar as they had sprayed mosquito repellent in our room on arrival so that was a very nice touch so that you can have peace of mind knowing where you will be sleeping is fully bug free! We booked the luxury all day cruise trip via the hotel which was also amazing! Also great value for what you are offered there including use of jacuzzi on the cruise, lovely choice of food, kayaking and live music. Also a big personal thank you to Jamie the customer relations who was so good throughout the entire stay making prior contact before arriving with informations and was in daily contact if we had any questions, enquiries, etc. Finally, we were served on the first evening on the skybar at the top of the hotel having drinks where we had amazing service with a staff member who loved the same music as us (Post Malone) played music on request and ensured we had a great evening. For a first timer in a new country, it is always nerve wracking booking hotels you haven't seen or stayed at. Minerva hotel and staff went above and beyond in our expectations and made our stay even more wonderful. The staff were all courteous, they were always smiling and asking after our day. Food was excellent! and on our way home since the flight was super early and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they prepared a packed breakfast we can take with us =D Mega thoughtful!!! Rooms were spacious ( asian standard ) and really clean. Updated decor and well lit!

Everything. Central location near Hoan Kiem Lake, just a 10 minute walk. Amazing staff, I've never experienced something like this before. Luxurious bathroom, cleaning our room every day, comfortable bed. 10/10 They prepared something for us because of our honeymoon. When leaving, they even gave us water and snacks for our way to Nihn Bihn. It was a great start for our trip in Vietnam. Do not hesitate to book this hotel if visiting Hanoi.

We stayed in 2x rooms that were connecting. One entrance - with a hallway and then two separate rooms, each with a good soundproof door. We loved this hotel. From the staff to the breakfast, to the rooms. They helped us get a SIM card organised for my husband at a reasonable price, which was great, because I had organised AIRLO for myself, but he needed a SIM card too and it was great to just have someone who came who and sorted it all out for us. So thats a great thing for us. The staff are friendly. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast had everything you needed and I love the ala carte and some buffet. Thats a really great idea - saves on food wastage, and good innovative idea as Hanoi hotels often dont have the space for massive buffets. So it is perfect, you can order as much or as little as you want. Great place, would definitely stay again.
