The Victor Gallery and Spa hotel in Hanoi’s Old District was a delight to stay at. I was there for 6 night in late July 2025 and as a senior solo traveller I was very happy being looked after by Vivian and her team who assisted me in selecting excellent tours around Hanoi, recommending restaurants and coffee shops and even escorting me to reputable ATM machines. The hotel was located nicely in the Old Quarter, not far from the night market, train street and the lake. The spa provided a good Vietnamese massage and had many other treatment options. Although there was no on-site restaurant other than for breakfast (which was very good) there was a full service restaurant and rooftop bar at the sister-hotel across the street. I was able to order room service from this restaurant when necessary. The room I had (603) was comfortable and the air conditioning was able to keep up with the Hanoi heat. There was minimal street noise despite being in the Old Quarter (except the night Vietnam won the football, but that was understandable and didn’t really distract me too much). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, especially with Vivian doing an excellent job managing an excellent and attentive staff.

We loved the Victor Gallery hotel & spa so much. Upon arrival, Mrs. Vivian booked a luxury package tour as Ninh Binh 1 day trip + ha long bay 2 day 1 - night trip + Sapa 3 day 2 - night trip was a good promotion and excellent information was provided. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our entire stay comfortable and memorable. Each destination on the tour was breathtaking, with well-organized itineraries that allowed us to fully experience the local culture and the natural beauty. The meals included in the package were delightful, showcasing authentic regional flavors that complemented our adventure perfectly. We highly recommend this hotel and tour package for anyone looking to explore Vietnam with comfort and style.

Not clean. Windows dirty. Breakfast place dirty. Equipment dated. The personnel are friendly but also a little strange. Breakfast not good. Worst coffee since one month traveling in Vietnam and the food pretty tasteless.

a wonderful boutique hotel with Exception - lovely staffs, they booked our Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night trip with great promotion, beautiful - large - clean room with great shower, perfect location, great buffet breakfast. We loved hotel designed with french style. We will book again and we're highly recommending Victor Galery hotel & restaurant.
