The reviews on booking.com and Google maps are accurate! This was a lovely and extremely value for money accoms which was clean and comfortable. The staff were also extremely nice! They helped us buy things and keep orders on Lazada, arrange a very value for money and reliable Halong Bay cruise, transport to Moc Chau, and even helped us make a booking for 4P's pizza. They did not even ask us to make any good reviews, unlike other hotels. We also paid upon checkout only which they were happy to oblige. I will be staying here in the future because the location and service are unbeatable, and this hotel is trustable.

Sadly it's in the old quarter there is some noise before 10pm and the morning public announcements at 7.30am will wake up ppl but the hotel can't do anything about that.

The Hanoi Win is a small hotel in a very central location. We received a free upgrade to a large triple room with a king size bed and a single. There was also a balcony to sit outside overlooking the street. The bathroom was good, with a double size walk-in shower. The room was comfortable and had free water, tea and coffee. The room was cleaned everyday.There were also snacks and a mini bar with soft drinks which were charged for if used. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and organised our airport transfer at a good price. If you're looking for a good clean budget priced hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This 3-star hotel is centrally located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, within walking distance to most major attractions. You'll find restaurants and shops just around the corner. Despite my flight delay, the airport taxi pickup was smooth and efficient. The reception is available 24 hours a day. My room was well equipped with a minibar offering fair prices, a TV, a shower, a safe, a closet, and a queen-size bed. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided. The reception team was exceptional, helping with arranging tours, transportation, and taxis. I booked a travel to Ninh Binh by the hotel and the limousine service was very comfortable. The transition to the taxi was seamless, and I arrived at my next hotel smoothly.

big plus: first hotel in Hanoi where I could actually sleep - I was in the 5th floor, but I couldn’t hear any traffic noise! Very quiet!! Hotel is very clean, cleaned it everyday and re stocked it. The staff were amazing! Dan helped me plan my stay in Hanoi and the rest of my travels, booked taxis etc for me. Very grateful to the staff for making this a nice stay Also location is so perfect, so close to the lake and all the cafes and restaurants Thank you!!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Flora was excellent, giving us good recommendations for our trip to Vietnam and helping wherever she could. The location was perfect, on a slightly quieter street but right near the lake with everything within very close walking distance. They upgraded us to a bigger room for free and organised a very cheap private taxi back to the airport. The room had a good sized fridge and the air con worked well.

The bathroom could do with a refurbishment but it was good value for money.

Location is perfect, very near around tourist attractions. The location is in the alley but still accessible to cars so it's easy to find too. The staffs is very friendly and helpful, recommending us local restaurants and places to visit. If we ever come back to Hanoi, we will definitely check out Win Hotel again.

Of course there are many things to be upgraded, but overall for the price it's good.

This hotel is very affordable, the location is really good because it is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and night markets. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. There is no breakfast option but there are many shops nearby where you can buy affordable food. This place is highly recommended for travelers who want a hotel that offers great value for money.

We stayed for 4 nights so the complimentary toiletries were not enough for 2 people sharing the room.

We preferred hotel only, no BF as there is plenty of Vietnamese and other food choice around. Room was very specious with two large and good beds. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was very good, and everything worked. Room has a small balcony and lots of daylight. The hotel is just a few paces from the Hoang Kien Lake and the old town. The street in front of the hotel can get very busy especially during weekends when the road around the lake is closed for people to enjoy the traffic free area - which is great! The street is then used as a bypass. If you are very noise sensitive, then this can be a challenge because the noise insulation from the windows and balcony door is not the best - but they have rooms to the backside. But in general, Hanoi in this area is very busy! Noise dies down after midnight. Noise was tolerable for me, but my wife preferred using earplugs. The room was on the 5th floor. The owner/ manager and other staff of the hotel were very accommodating and friendly, their English was sufficient to communicate.

This property is located in our favourite street in Hanoi. It’s convenient to everything and close to lake. It’s a quiet street late at night and the locals are lovely. The hotel is value for money, clean comfortable beds shower with a screen and a small balcony. It not a 5 star hotel but it is still a good hotel. No breakfast available but so close to places you can eat. It’s has air con, elevator and the reception staff are lovely and speak English well. For the price it’s a great mid range hotel with all the creature comforts. Ps tv channels terrible but who wants to stay inside when there is so much exploring to you.

TV, only one or two movie channels the rest Vietnamese channels.

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel was great. It is very close by foot to the Hoan Kiem Lake, the city centre and plenty of quiet nice streets with plenty of delicious local restaurants. The host, Mr Quanz, was also very friendly and helpful. He taught us some Vietnamese words and gave us great recommendations for dinner.
