I have so much to say about this hotel. Firstly, the staffs are warm and welcoming. They speak and understand english. The amenities and cleanliness are great. The room? Marvellous. The mattress, the pillow? I love it! I slept like a baby! I believe these are important especially on vacation. You need comfort most of it all. It’s the comfiest I’ve been overseas. The toilet and rooms are well-maintained. There’s bidet and hot water. We tried the sky bar at night, it has a calm atmosphere, very chill vibes. After we checked out, we tried their Spa on the basement level. Really good masseuse. The manager, Mr Cuong, was accommodating and friendly. Overall, splendid stay. For a 4 star hotel, their service is 5 star!

Great location, right in the center of old quarter. Comfortable bed, good shower, the room has everything you might need: a hairdryer, safe, an iron, fridge etc. Our room only had an internal window, but we were ok with it. The rooftop bar has a great view and delicious cocktails. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of choices at breakfast including the traditional pho and also various egg dishes you could order from the staff in addition to a plentiful buffet.

We were on the 7th floor, so close to the restaurant and rooftop bar on the 8th and 9th floors respectively, so we could hear a bit of noise. Not a problem as we wear earplugs. We also raised with the hotel and they were very gracious about it, offering a free taxi for us to drop us off at the train station when we were checking out.

As a traveler, feeling safe is paramount, and Le Premier provides that peace of mind. The hotel is well-secured, giving guests confidence during their stay. Amenities: The air conditioning worked perfectly, a crucial factor given Hanoi’s sometimes sweltering heat. After a long day of exploring, returning to a cool, comfortable room was a relief. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Western breakfast or something with an Asian twist, Le Premier has you covered. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch. Overall Experience: Le Premier Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of a prime location, outstanding service, and top-tier amenities makes it a standout option. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

This was my only upset,booking.com,showed fotos of restaurant,bar and rooftop pool,none of these were finished being built,I booked hotel for a relaxing time not planning on leaving the hotel much,but had to go out for everything,I thought this was all covered,these things should be finished in a few weeks,but the staff and rooms were grand,will go back when all these things are up and running

Great location, staff are super welcoming and lovely. Baggage storage and optional shower after you're checked out before sleeper bus or travel is so convenient.

Our stay at Le Premier was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is tastefully decorated and without exception, the staff are friendly and eager to please. We were received with tea as a welcome drink and refreshing towels. Lily in particular went above and beyond to assist us in planning transportation for our further travels across Vietnam. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the whole hotel was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility in hectic Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately. We have stayed at several hotels in Hanoi in the past, but we will definitely stay at Le Premier if we come back to Hanoi in the future.

Fresh and new. Comfortable rooms. Great food and drinks. But the best about this hotel are the incredible staff. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. Lily did a great job organizing our tours.

Loved this hotel so much. The location is perfect, it is modern, clean with a huge bed and smart tv for relaxing. The best thing about the place though is the staff, they were so so helpful and friendly, they communicate on WhatsApp making it so easy and they allowed us to leave our luggage when we went on the Halong Bay trip. Breakfast was tasty each morning with the option of freshly cooked eggs or pancakes. I would definitely return, and highly recommend staying there.

Super central and lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are great. Breakfast is plentiful and of good variety. I am looking forward to staying here next time I visit Hanoi later this year.

I cannot complain as it was all great.

Basically liked everything. Location, food, staff and services were all amazing. We travelled here with our 2.5 yr old son and everything meet and exceeded our expectations of the hotel. The hotel is very new, the staff are very professional, breaky was super yum and hotel services went above and beyond. Its a great hotel to stay at if you're thinking of coming to Hanoi. When I was there, I also checked out other areas in the old quarter but they were al too busy and loud. This hotel is in a nice area of Hanoi which is easy to get to and peaceful. The roads around the area also shut down from Friday sundown so its super awesome to just walk around here without any cars.

I would advise to specify what type of car and lunch you want when booking a day tour to make your experience better. If I would do again, I would book a larger van and a lunch away from other tourist groups to have more peace and quiet. Apart from that the tour was excellent so definitely recommend going.
