The is an amazing boutique hotel in a prime location The staff are super amazing, they will do everything for your comfort I arrived 8 am and they check me in immediately ❤️ Next day I booked the suite and I got an upgrade to the royal suite for free ❤️ This will be my favorite hotel in Hanoi ❤️ Special thanks to the manager for great hospitality and kindness ✌️

Nothing to complain all perfect and super comfy

We had a lovely stay at L’Signature Hotel in Hanoi! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is central however the street that it is on is generally not as busy so it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. It is very close to many attractions, restaurants and cute cafés. The breakfast is excellent with lots of food options and great coffee. We can’t fault our stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi!

It’s a new hotel, the staff is putting a lot of effort on making the experience as nice as possible which we appreciated immensely. The location is perfect, in a beautiful street right in between the old quarter and French quarter. While there are some things to improve finalise, I would recommend it if you are spending a couple of days in Hanoi.

The experience varies significantly depending on the room. There are some beautiful big ones in the upper floors, while the junior suites in the lower floor can feel a bit too small with low ceilings and small amenities. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the larger rooms.

I had an incredible stay at L'Signature Hotel & Spa in Hanoi's Old Quarter. From the moment I arrived, the service staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel completely at home. The rooms were impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and had every amenity I could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Nestled right in the lively Old Quarter, it's perfect for exploring Hanoi's charming streets. And as a bonus—Pizza 4P's is just a 2-minute walk away! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I was quite content with the pho and Koko Krunch, though I did come across some lukewarm dishes and disappointing coffee.

Excellent location, the best and most friendly staff! Our flight arrived early and could not check in early, instead they looked after our luggage and provided us with a shower to use to freshen up, they also allowed us to do this on our departure as we left late at night. Everyone was very friendly and supper accommodating which just added the cherry on top to a wonderful holiday. My boyfriend had his birthday during our stay and they decorated our room for it, as well as made him a birthday dessert for us to share. I could not recommend a better place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at *L’Signature Hotel Hanoi*. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s perfectly situated—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the weekend market, and some of Hanoi’s most popular food spots. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and tucked away from the main street, making it a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. Excellent breakfast with a good buffet spread and also a la carte menu options. What made our stay especially memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. Special thanks to Leo Nguyen, the Customer Service Manager, for personally checking in on us during our stay, and to Celine and Tina for their thoughtful assistance—from helping us with concert tickets to arranging local appointments. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We’ll definitely return to L’Signature on our next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at L'signature hotel It feels like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's old quarter Peaceful, cosy, and very comfortable The rooms and facilities are well cared for and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy. What really made the experience outstanding was the exceptional hospitality of the entire staff, especially Leo and Celine, with their heartfelt service that made our stay unforgettable I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. From the communication before the arrival to the personalised care once there. I booked this for my daughter as a birthday present while she was travelling South East Asia. She turned 22 while there and said it’s the best present I’ve ever given her. She was surprised with balloons and decorations and a beautiful breakfast plate. The communication and care from Celine prior to her arrival was incredible. The location is fantastic and the facilities are brilliant. My daughter has told me that she wants to return to Hà Nội just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my daughter’s birthday so special and memorable.

Another exceptional stay at L’Signature Hotel and Spa! We’ve stayed in a few room types and each time the decor and facilities are great. This time round we booked an Executive Suite but on arrival decided to upgrade to a Signature Suite. For a very reasonable increase in cost it gave us a larger room and balcony. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. We didn’t this time round but day trips and excursions can be arranged with the hotel. The hotel is simply lovely and really well located in the heart of the old town and very close to the lake. This made it perfect for exploring the many shops, places to eat and sites to visit. My partner had a massage and treatment in the hotel spa and said it was one of the best she’s had! The main we reason we go back are the staff. From start to finish they are excellent. Just some examples… Celine was great at keeping in touch with the booking and services available. Justin (manager) always made time to chat and make sure we were comfortable. At breakfast, my partner took a liking to a preserved apricot that was served and when she asked about it, Leo went to great lengths to find a shop we could get it. On reception there were two ladies that were also friendly and helpful. We didn’t ask their names but one wore round framed spectacles and reminded us of a friend. The other told us she’d visited London and we had a good chat about that. I’ve mentioned these staff but all the staff were brilliant. I have no doubt that when we visit Hanoi again, we will stay at L’Signature!

Everything was superb 👌🏼

Excellent hotel in a quiet street in the Old Quarter, close to the Lake. Breakfast was exceptional - I highly recommend the Poached Egg with Smoked Salmon and Guacamole. The Rooftop bar was a welcome respite from the Hanoi crowds - I ate in the restaurant 3 or 4 times and on each occasion my meal was superb. My room was spacious and very clean. The shower was one of the best I have ever used in a hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful - they were happy to talk on the phone to my Grab drivers and took me out to find my ride when the road was closed to traffic on the weekend. I extended my original booking and ended up staying nine days.

A suitcase rack would have been useful.
