My mum and I loved everything about our stay at Centre Point. Lily went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there, as well as organised 3 tours for us which were all fantastic. All the staff were so very warm and welcoming to us every time we saw them, it made it such a lovely place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size, just perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful, such a nice spot to have breakfast, watching the sunrise over the lake. The breakfast was the best, the chef is excellent at cooking eggs, any way, we had omelettes, scrambled, boiled eggs, all amazing! The location is perfect, just around the corner from everything and easy to find. We loved our time here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you Lily and all the staff for such a lovely stay :)

Stayed 5 days with my elderly father. Fantastic location!!! Lovely staff and most, spoke fluent English - Ms Lily had excellent suggestions for tours. Good breakfast spread - a good mix of local and Western. Excellent aircon - nice break from the heat.

I was traveling around Vietnam for two weeks and this hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff were friendly and attentive. There was one night we stayed out late and the staff we available to unlock the door and let us in. Out of all the hotels we stayed in, they had the best breakfast. I had their Hanoi pho every morning, The noodles were fresh and the broth was flavorful. They had a mix of Vietnamese and western breakfast items so there was something for everyone. The hotel is located in a great location of Hanoi. We were in close walking distance to Old Quarter and the lake. We walked everywhere, it was close to many attractions. I want to give a shout out to Lily who helped us with booking tours and making recommendations of things to do in Hanoi. Lily was available prior to my stay and gave A+ service. Thank you for providing us with a great experience in Hanoi. We hope to be back in the future!. There are also great cafes, restaurants, bars, and spas in walking distance of the hotel. You didn't really have to leave the street if you didn't want to venture out far.

Our room was small BUT it was just what we needed since we were out and about.

The staff was great, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. You could order eggs scrambled, fried or as an omelet along with fruit, rolls, white bread, yogurt, cereal, juice and hot trays with bacon, hot dogs, beans, and steamed veggies up on the rooftop terrace overlooking Ho Hoan Kiem. The main downside was that the room was so small there was no place to put any luggage. And we only have carryon bags, no giant suitcases. There wasn't even a place to put it on the side of the bed because the door was on one side, the bathroom door on the other and you had to lean over a little to walk by the foot of the bed to keep from banging into the TV on the wall. There was an armoire to put your clothes, but it had two sections and neither side would fit the carryon lying flat so we could access your clothes and one side had a large fan. We survived but it was very annoying. I think it would have been better if they ditched the armoire and just had an open space to put your stuff and maybe a horizontal rod higher up. While the location was fantastic in that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, it was so close to the lake that traffic was absolute gridlock when we arrived Fri night. Our taxi driver finally gave up and dropped us off 2 blocks from the hotel. And it looked like traffic was similar Sat and Sun night too.

The hotel is very aptly named. Situated right in the centre of the Old Town and within minutes of the shopping, night market and many attractions. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The rooms we had were spacious with great showers. The rooms were cleaned daily and were always left spotless. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and, it seemed, unlimited coffee and juice. Lily, who met us at the front desk was a mine of information and exceedingly helpful. A great place to stay and good value as well.

The stairs to the breakfast room would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

The staff here are very kind and accommodating. Beautiful breakfast buffet on the top floor over looking the water, with options of indoor or outdoor seating. Location is right in middle of the old quarter, so it’s a short walk to most anything you’d want to see. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was up against the street so it was quite noisy throughout the night, which is to be expected based on the location. The room was a bit tight for three people. Location is in a narrow ally, so if you book a tour on a bus be prepared to walk a block or two to get to a main street.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the waitress serving breakfast was friendly and charming with a lovely smile. The gentleman at the entrance, who was in charge of opening the door and carrying luggage, spoke fluent English and was very kind in his service.

The door sensor was not very responsive. Even when placing the card on the designated "KEY" spot, the blue light would light up, but the door still wouldn't open easily, requiring multiple attempts. Additionally, I called housekeeping to report that although we had three people in the room, there were only two cups in the bathroom. The person on the phone assured me that they would provide an extra cup the next day, but it never came. After a few days, I went to the front desk to follow up, and when I returned to the room in the evening, the extra cup still wasn't provided. After two attempts to request it, I gave up. As a result, for the entire 6 days, my mom and I had to share one cup.

We loved our stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel! before we even arrived, we had been messaging Lily to organise various things and she provided fast and great customer service! throughout the stay, Lily and all of the team provided fantastic service and were lovely to chat too. they provided helpful advice and accommodated all of our needs. the location is perfect - right next to the heart of town. the old quarter and French quarter both easy strolls, as well as the lake. also not too far from Hanoi train station as well. the room was spacious and lovely as well.

The hotel staff is simply outstanding: Mrs. Lily, concierges, receptionists, cleaners and the dining room staff. Very attentive, always ready to offer help, with a big smile. Mrs. Lily advised us from the moment of booking until the end of our stay in Vietnam. She also booked a beautiful and interesting cruise on Ha Lan Bay for us with extraordinary kindness. The hotel is central in the Old Quarter but not too noisy as it is located in a side alley. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and varied and served on the rooftop with an amazing view of Hoan Kiem Lake. We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and services. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel!!! The location is unbeatable, the staff was amazing (so nice and helpful) and the 2 rooms we stayed in were very nice. We had a last-minute flight cancellation and lost our booking for a one-night cruise in Halong Bay. The staff of Centre Point booked a day tour for us so we wouldn’t miss the experience of knowing Halong Bay and then booked us an extra stay in their hotel. We arrived just in time for the Chinese New Year and the staff gave us all kind of recommendations for that night. If we ever go back to Hanoi we will com back here!! Loved it. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing and the terrace has an incredible view of the lake. 100% recommend this place.
