We stayed for 4 nights and the service was excellent from staff. The manager was extremely helpful giving us local information about Hanoi and was very eager to help us with anything. Moreover, Ella the receptionist had a sweet surprise for me for international women’s day and gifted me flowers and chocolates! I was so pleasantly surprised by her actions that I had to write about it here. Also Mr Leo was very helpful and kind with helping us find our booked taxi as the streets are closed on the weekends for the day markets. We are very grateful that we had such amazing staff members and it made our stay ultimately so positive.

Hotel Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What really stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Huyen and Kevin. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they were there to assist us with everything we needed, including arranging our tours, booking our sleeper bus, and even picking us up from the airport. Their recommendations for tours were fantastic; we had an amazing experience with the Dragon King group and thoroughly enjoyed our day trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, which were all perfectly organized by the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that offers not only a great location but also exceptional service. You can count on Ms. Huyen, Kevin, and the rest of the staff to make your stay truly memorable.

The location is terrific - right in the heart of the Old Quarter - but it really is the staff that makes the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable there, from romantic swan towels on our beds, to a welcome drink (and cake!) maps for all the best food places and a variety of days out/adventures (and perfect English, spoken by all!). If my travels take me back to Hanoi, I would stay here again, without hesitation :)

We stayed here on the first two nights of our trip and liked it so much we came back again for a night at the end. The staff are super kind and helpful- they even kept our bags for 4 days at no charge while we did the Ha Giang Loop (stored in a safe luggage room, unlike some hotels where it's just tucked against a wall in reception). The location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. We were also very touched by the staff's effort to surprise for our anniversary celebration (with rose petals, swan decorations and a delicious cake- I wrote about them in my previous review but don't think the pictures were attached so I'm including them here!) Many thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay, all the staff were amazing, especially Ella who organised our trip to Ha Long Bay. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The hotel is so central and very comfortable, although in the centre of the old town it is very quiet, we loved our stay there.

Good location friendly staff and good breakfast. I checked out early morning but staff arranged transportation and helped us to load the luggages to the car. They were very reliable. View from the room wasn’t good but very quiet and we could sleep well.

Hotel is in prime location - close to old quarter shops, cafes, Michelin restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, massage shops, etc. I did not try the breakfast and sa many great reviews about it. The room was spacious and art deco style decoration.

Great location, right in the thick of it! The staff were very attentive and eager to make you happy, it had a great impact on the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the aircon was good, the bathroom was renovated recently and very clean. Would stay again.

The value for money was fantastic!

The hotel is well located and quiet. We arrived quite late in the evening and we got upgraded to a very spacious and nice looking room. The staffs are helpful and polite- they keep the same room for our booking in later dates even though this room is more expensive. Overall we are happy with our stay!

Absolutely amazing stay here. The location was so central and convenient. The rooms were spacious, very clean and quiet but it was the staff that made this experience so memorable Duc Anh went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could need and we will definitely be returning
