It really is located at the heart of the area. It had amazing view from its rooftop area and certainly from our room. It was also very spacious and the room was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and communication was excellent.
I think the bathroom shower had its limitation. It doesn't seem to hold hot water temperature but certainly only a minor issue. It would have been nice to have 2 room cards instead of singular too.

The location is superb which is 50m away from the Sword Lake and bustling markets. In addition the staffs are very friendly especially Ms. Hue- the gorgeous receptionist. Moreover, the breakfast have alot of delicious Hanoian food. It is great experience to have your meal while looking at the Sword Lake up the 10th floor. Finally, the bartender can meet all of your drinking need in accordance with your current emotion.

Although the room description said bedroom and separate living room it was only one room. However, that was quite large and comfortable.

Fantasy location, breakfast and the ten lounge.I thought everything was perfect there.All staffs was very friendly.I met Mrs.Juli who helped me a lot for my trip Halong and Sapa in 5 days 4 nights. The tour was so fantastic,warming.Mrs.Juli also showed us all nice places in Hanoi.I would like to say many thanks to Mrs.Juli and team !

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Helped us with late checkout and airport transfers. Our room had city and lake views, it was great. Breakfast was nice also with great views from the tenth floor.

I stayed at Hanoi Morning Hotel in September. Room 201 was clean and nice. . There is a large and comfortable balcony. Polite and enthusiastic staff. The breakfast is delicious, the food is diverse, and I can eat breakfast while looking at the sword lake

It’s very near Hoan Kiem lake, easy to go to famous places in Hanoi Nice view to have breakfast, they also have a cocktail lounge, it’s great. I’m so satisfied with the receptionist ( Julli). She’s nice and friendly
