Great location - within walking distance to many places including Train Street and Lake, weekend night market. Friendly staff at reception and doormen were very polite and welcoming. Nice to have a refreshing drink upon check in . Room was well furnished and clean , shower pressure good , room size good for the twin room . Mattress firm and 2 pillows per person 1 firm and 1 softer . Air conditioning was excellent. Linen used clean and white . Had Selection of English channels on TV - Got a staff member to tune tv . Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall good find !

No indication on booking.com about surcharge of 3% for card payment - please add this important information. I was taken aback as when booked it said all charges accounted for. Rooftop pool is small - not worth a visit . Rooftop seating very limited. Shower door seal not as tight so water leaked out . When I booked my room it said it had lounge access - this is false information . There is no lounge or facilities for use . Breakfast room one staff member coughing ++ , no mask on . Would not recommend the spa - staff there were talking to each other throughout our massage . Not calming or relaxing at all . At the end of session one staff asked for tip even before payment.

Central position

Floor wasn't clean. Had to wear something on my feet to stop picking up someone's long black hair sticking to my feet. Then transferring it to the beds white sheets.

The breakfast was good with both Continental and Vietnamese dishes and a lot of fresh fruit. Very comfortable bed

The bathroom only had a tub with a manuel shower and no protection from the water so the floor got very wet. Could be fixed with a shower curtain.

The hotel is so conveniently located. It is just perfect to find various restaurants, shops and tour operators.

We stayed in a family and its bathroom was not really good.

Ms Hana and the staff were very friendly. Ms Hana organised all our day trips and couldn't fault any of them, her knowledge about Hanoi was great. Ms Hana recommended some places to try and they were perfect. Went out of her way to buy us some local food to try which was delicious. It was my birthday on our last day of staying at the hotel, was surprised with a birthday cake, which was very delicious. Ms Hana went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall the hotel was lovely, the rooms were spacious ( got an upgrade as we had issues with our door lock) and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly Thurong our doorman is a legend Alissa &John front desk was also lovely, too be honest we couldn't fault anything. Great walking distance to everything! It was my first visit to Hanoi and feel in love with it as well as the people 🥰🥰❤️❤️. Hope to be back again next year !

The Hotel is in a brilliant position to explore Hanoi. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Hana was very helpful in arranging a Halong Bay tour and providing a local area map and making suggestions on where to go and what to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable and were serviced quickly. The breakfast was great.

My teenagers had a shower over a freestanding bath. Although it was ok for them, this may not be suitable for some people to climb in and out of. The tiles became wet and slippery as there was no shower screen or curtain.

The staff were the best - the doormen always prompt to help carry bags up the stairs, always smiling, reception and Hana always warm and helpful. Location excellent, and room big and comfortable. Loved that I could control the aircon temperature, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom.

The bathtub should be nailed into the ground and have grab bars around for safety. I almost fell when I sat on the edge of the tub and tipped it a bit. Also, needs a shower curtain as the floor would always flood when I took a shower. The gym would be so much better with a few free weights - even some dumbbells would be good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They emailed us before our trip and arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. He even greeted us after we went through security and helped us exchange our money. When we got to the hotel they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was genuinely the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The time for the buffet was generous, and I did not feel like we had to get up too early like some other hotels. The check in time was also very early and the check out time allowed us to sleep in on our final day. They were very knowledgeable about the old quarter and were able to assist us when we had questions. They also arranged a driver to take us to the airport when it was time to leave. If I were to come back to Hanoi, I would choose this hotel again.

Very central to everything in the old quarter. We were able to walk to all sites we wanted to see. Staff were excellent and very helpful. They had an excellent service booking manager Hana who was a great help in organising tours. Breakfast was Very good.

We enjoyed the pool area the first few days but unfortunately it did not cope with a lot of people becoming milky towards the end of our stay and not inviting to swim in. Be warned if you have a room with a large double bed, the shower over the bath is very tricky to manage without getting the whole bathroom wet. Only twin bed rooms have a separate shower, no bath.

Great location near Old Town, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Guys at door were very attentive, giving out umbrellas when it rained.

My daughters extra bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pool is very small. We used the massage in the basement. One lady hurt my husband's shoulder. Other lady was really good. On other day my daughter wanted nails done. Girl was wonderfull and did good job. While waiting I was talked into foot massage. I give tip of more than 10% and lady complained it was not enough (and she was not that good) I am not sure but i think it was the same lady who hurt my husband because she also ended my foot massage with some painfull hits in my neck (it was so hard that my daughter sitting next to me, said it was very loud). The other girl was lovely and very good.
