Breakfast is rather small with limited choice but no complaints it was value for money

We stayed here at the beginning and end to a wonderful month long travel in Vietnam. The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodated travel arrival delays, provided advice and supported any queries and changes we needed not only when staying with them but during our travel time . Shoutout to Chloe and Edward for their excellent, level headed advice and reassurance. Heartily recommend to all travellers .

The restaurant could be better accommodated ( aesthetics)but they provided a delicious breakfast !

Nothing is too much trouble for the Harmonia team. They’re always happy to help you with anything you need; organising a GRAB, a sim for your phone, a trip to / from the airport ✈️ , a recommendation for a service or item you’re looking for, sending out washing, or an umbrella for a rainy ☔️ day, a trip to Ha Long Bay or anywhere else you may want to go.

The hotel is a great place to stay; friendly, efficient and helpful hotel team. Great breakfast buffet. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Love the location - close to great coffee cafe, restaurants and local attractions.

Convenient to every thing.

Incredibly lovely staff and a fantastic location! Everything we wanted to see/go to was a 15 minute walk maximum! Wonderfully quiet room, and we loved the old (elevator?) shaft repurposed with beautiful lanterns. Great amenities and a good spread for breakfast.

We heard a lot of other customers being pretty rude to staff and complaining, but management assured us some of the older infrastructure is planned to be redeveloped in the low season. We think it’s an absolute steal for the price per night considering what’s on offer!

The room was comfortable so was the bed. The bathroom had everything you needed, even little toiletries. The reception staff were outstanding and ever so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the old town. My daughter and I enjoyed all the massages, the parlour is part of the hotel. Especially enjoyed the 20% discount.

Harmonia Hotel was the perfect place to stay. A great location in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the old city. Great coffee shops, restaurants, street food, and unique shopping 🛍️ Absolutely nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. The great facilities and great team are the reason we stay there and recommend it to friends and family.
