Good location (close to lots of spas and places for eating, also, if important, close to street marked for clothes and etc.), clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was very good except one thing explained below.

8am we were waken up, after opening the door some lady (later appeared to be staff member) just took our room key with no explanation saying that she will return it after 5 min. After 5 min nobody brought it back. As we could not leave the room for the breakfast or etc. we went (after 50 minutes) to reception to get it back. Not fun to be waken up so early with no clear reason.

Fantastic location in the lively Old Quarter but room was very quiet and peaceful. Large room with a great balcony/patio area. Staff really friendly and helpful and we were able to add on additional nights easily. Breakfast simple but tasty.

Water was luke warm for the shower but to be fair we didn't say anything about it so can't really complain!

no mention of 3% charge to pay by card which I think is very deceitful. I would have had more cash money on me had I know this.This is the reason the hotel will not get a good score from our party. very dusty in places and in one room Aircon held open to make the airflow instead of fixing it Room 102

Ha and Duoc were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of Hanoi yet quiet and peaceful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I was in a room at the back with the most amazing balcony. These things were epic. The WiFi and bathroom are from the late-14th Century but free balcony makes up for this. Really nice place, safe, easy to manage and cool 👍

Good location, fair price, helpful staff with booking taxi to airport, warm water

The bathroom was somewhat small and the floor got wet when showering (due to leaks between wall and the bathtub). The shower curtain was somewhat moldy.

Staff was kind, helpful and always smile. We loved the way they did that and felt like as home. Room was clean but note that window is useless, without view. Price is good. We will come back

We stayed at Lucky 2 only 1 night and they did good job. Ha receptionist was perfect and helpful to arrange transfer to airport as well as suggest lots of local places to visit. Thanks again for having us!
