We're really enjoy to stayed in this hotel. Silk Hanoi moment hotel is very comfortable hotel, friendly staffs, very convenient with all service as room service 24 hours / 24 hours + transportation + special great tours service. we booed the Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + their rooms + transportation that all service of them was exceptional and perfect. we will comeback on next year !

Staff very friendly and location perfect, within walking distance to most attractions. The spa in the hotel, the staff can really massage.

I stayed on the top floor, with a room with 2 windows, so it made the room hotter than usual (not a big issue if you keep the AC on even when you go out) The room is a little run down, but for the price I won't fault it and only stayed 1 night.

All their staff are friendly and helpful. The location is strategic for me as I always loved to be near Hoan Kiem Lake. The air conditioning is perfect. The room is clean and housekeeping done well daily as instructed. I am grateful they sang me a birthday song unexpectedly 🥰😊❤️🙏

I had stayed in room 201 for 8 nights. I am giving a score of 10 eventhou it may be a little less. I hope to see these improvements: 1. The door facing the toilet can put a new paint on. 2. The fridge switch should be on all the time and should not be affected by the door card. 3. The noise made by staff in the early morning should be avoided. 4. The lift at level 2 is inconvenient, but that's something I have no suggestion. 5. Need an extra switch for the kettle and phone charger.

They were excellent! The staff was superb and very helpful, they help us with everything and were so kind all the time, the location it's very good, the room was spacious and very clean and the breakfast was tasty and complete! Definitely one of the best hotels I every stayed in my life! I'm very happy with everything they provided me.

Generally clean and spacious, especially for the price. Location is very good, and unbeatable for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and Gem answered all my questions and helped book a trip to ha long bay which we liked very much. Shower and aircon is good, and they clean everyday.

Stairs are narrow and lift is quite slow, but they will help you get your luggage to the room so not an issue for us. Not recommended for people who can't climb stairs. The rooms also don't have a safe

The hotel was really nice, clean, the room has everything what you need. You can get even tour to wherever you want to go, they can help you to plan it at reception. We met really nice girl Beechu at reception who was always helpful and smiling all the time.

The room is spacious. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. We went to halong Bay the next day and came back transit at the lobby, and the staff allowed us to keep the luggage at the lobby and shower before our trip to sapa at night. Really appreciate the hospitality. 10star!

Superb Location. Walking distance to foods, seeing many things. Great team ( I have many names to remember throughout the trip so forgive me if I could not mention individual names for credits), the team is so nice, always smiling, helping and listening ,and accommodate all your needs. From the morning breakfast to after midnight, everyone on the hotel team brings warmth and attentiveness to all your needs, ladies from receptionists day, and evening, late night gentleman and bellboy etc. I also like the spaciousness of the rooms and ceiling and the view right to the streets where you can see one of the high rated Banh Mi for breakfast right in front. In the evening, you can walk to Ho Hoan Kiem to see the weekend night market and temple.

I stayed a total of 3 nights with dates gap in between where I was going away to another town. The first time I arrived in 2 nights, I was in the top level and the weather is hot and more humidity, therefore the room was very hot, to be fair, nothing to do with the hotel, it is indeed still a very nice and spacious room, I should have opened the windows a bit to air flowing while I go out during hot days. There is an Aircon in the room, it turns off when you go out. However, the 2nd time I got back in, I got one of the lower level and it is so nice. It is not really a negative to the hotel and team, it is just with the weather, we all can adapt and do things to our needs.

Everything so good, staffs are friendly, the room so clean, perfect!
