We're really enjoy to stayed in this hotel. Silk Hanoi moment hotel is very comfortable hotel, friendly staffs, very convenient with all service as room service 24 hours / 24 hours + transportation + special great tours service. we booed the Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + their rooms + transportation that all service of them was exceptional and perfect. we will comeback on next year !

All their staff are friendly and helpful. The location is strategic for me as I always loved to be near Hoan Kiem Lake. The air conditioning is perfect. The room is clean and housekeeping done well daily as instructed. I am grateful they sang me a birthday song unexpectedly 🥰😊❤️🙏

I had stayed in room 201 for 8 nights. I am giving a score of 10 eventhou it may be a little less. I hope to see these improvements: 1. The door facing the toilet can put a new paint on. 2. The fridge switch should be on all the time and should not be affected by the door card. 3. The noise made by staff in the early morning should be avoided. 4. The lift at level 2 is inconvenient, but that's something I have no suggestion. 5. Need an extra switch for the kettle and phone charger.

Staff very friendly and location perfect, within walking distance to most attractions. The spa in the hotel, the staff can really massage.

I stayed on the top floor, with a room with 2 windows, so it made the room hotter than usual (not a big issue if you keep the AC on even when you go out) The room is a little run down, but for the price I won't fault it and only stayed 1 night.

They were excellent! The staff was superb and very helpful, they help us with everything and were so kind all the time, the location it's very good, the room was spacious and very clean and the breakfast was tasty and complete! Definitely one of the best hotels I every stayed in my life! I'm very happy with everything they provided me.

The hotel was really nice, clean, the room has everything what you need. You can get even tour to wherever you want to go, they can help you to plan it at reception. We met really nice girl Beechu at reception who was always helpful and smiling all the time.

The room is spacious. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. We went to halong Bay the next day and came back transit at the lobby, and the staff allowed us to keep the luggage at the lobby and shower before our trip to sapa at night. Really appreciate the hospitality. 10star!

We really recommend visiting Silk Hanoï Moment Hôtel: kind people, neat rooms, confortable beds and delicious food. The people at the hostel are very keen on giving a lot of advice for visits, place to go, to eat etc

The location is perfect, right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Most tourist attractions are no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops right on the doorstep. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. They were all so helpful there wasn’t any request they weren’t happy to assist with. Breakfast was also good and set you up for the day, you get a choice of 2 hot dishes which is prepared for you and also a selection of fruits, cereal and bread. Only downfall is that it isn’t in the same building as the hotel so you need to be brought every morning by a staff member.

Whilst it wasn’t “dirty” I think the place needs a deep clean. There were some stains on the bedroom walls, mould in the bathroom and the bathroom accessories were very rusty. The shower only heated up enough for one person to have a shower so if there is more than one person staying they would have to wait 20-30 minutes for the water to heat up again. Overall it’s a good place to stay just a couple of upgrades which could make it excellent.
