The staff couldn’t do enough to support our stay including arranging an early check in after a difficult flight. Daily room service, incredibly comfortable room, clean and bright. The location is also perfect for sight seeing from this old quarter of Hanoi. I must also mention the breakfasts where we could choose from a range of breakfast options included freshly cooked, all within the price of stay. My youngest is addicted to the French toast! Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel was honestly a home away from home and we look forward to staying there again. Thank you to all the lovely staff who went out of their way to look after us.

Nothing to dislike

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating going above and beyond to ensure my comfort specially Helen. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and attentive, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. It’s conveniently situated nearby attractions making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated how accessible everything was, allowing me to make the most of my trip. Overall, I highly recommend Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

1. The receptionists are very warm, accommodating, helpful in everything we asked of them. They are all excellent. ( Miss Thein, Ms. Emi, Miss Kate and the guy assigned in the morning) We were served with refreshment upon arrival, set up my SIM card, dollar exchange, recommended vegetarian restaurants, etc and all.. 2. The location was great! Close to everything you need. 3. The room was comfortable, clean, has a safe to keep our valuables, toilet was white and clean, Comfortable bed, and the air conditioner was efficient 4. Breakfast was good, and you can also request from the chef food that is in the menu 5. Budget- friendly but they didn’t compromise our comfort. 6. Over all excellent! We really appreciate the vegan restaurant Miss Kate had recommended to us. We had a great lunch!❤️ Excellent over all!👍

Well appointed charming little boutique hotel smack bang in the centre of the old quarter. Three minute walk to the world famous Hanoi Train Street an absolute must do for any visitor to the city and a few minutes walk in the other direction to the world famous Hoan Kiem Lake and Water Puppet show. Wonderful staff keen and eager to please with a warm friendly greeting and happy to assist in any regard. Special mention to Ms Helen at reception who was charming, intelligent and most helpful at all times. Excellent value for money for those budget conscious travellers.

Could be a little hard to find first time being set back off the street in a quiet location

The hotel staff were exceptional and very helpful. They helped us plan our visits to tourist attractions. They were very helpful whenever we asked for help. The location walking distance to most locations. The plus point is the hotel staff Huy and Hien. They are such gems that made our trip so memorable. They took care of us so well…… they are lovely to all generation and very informative on what to do and what to avoid to have a peasant trip. A big thank you to Huy who contacted me as soon as booking was made and helped me plan the trip well as well as Hien who helped us to find good Indian food and advised me where I should go visit. A very special thank you to Huy and Hien. I would recommend staying here to have a memorable visit to Hanoi

This hotel is located very centrally within the Old Quarter & is surrounded by attractions. But by far, the enjoyment of the stay here was all due to the welcoming, accommodating staff who really went out of their way to assist their guests. I would definitely recommend Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel to anyone looking to experience life in Hanoi.

fixed western food for one, and Vietnamese for the other 3 persons. We had to depart for sightseeing at 7:30 AM , and staff had "grab and go" prepared for us in advance so tour guide could pick us up on time.

First room assigned did not have hot water. Reassigned to another room with adequate hot water. Rooms felt cold as there were no heaters in the room, only air conditioning. Very reasonably priced.

I found a couple of maintenance and cleaning issues in my room. When I contacted the hotel personnel they responded immediately trying to resolve any issue immediately. The hotel also offered another room immediately. I declined the offer because we stayed for 3 nights and the issue was not important enough to move to onother room.

I really have no words to express how great this hotel is. Welcomed me with cool glasses of water and bananas by Mrs. Hien. She was beautiful and extremely enthusiastic when introducing the room to us, the bed was decorated with flower petals, the air conditioner was on, free water and hot water was always available. Breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit as I wanted. Mrs. Huy was very helpful in introducing me to good restaurants nearby. I will introduce many of my friends the next time I visit Vietnam.

It’s located at a great spot in Hanoi and was close to all the restaurants and little stores. They cleaned our room every day without us asking for it. Breakfast is usually at 7 AM but when we told them we have to go on a tour at 7:30. They opened up the breakfast at 6:45 AM for us to eat before our tour. So they have great hospitality.

AC can take a bit of time to get cold. But they accommodated us by giving an extra key so our room stayed cold 24/7.
