Everything!!!! Where do I start. We spent 3 nights here. We spent one night (our room was upgraded free of charge. We left and came back left again and came back. Do in all 3 nights over a week and different rooms each time. 2 of those 3 rooms we were upgraded. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfy. If you want to be central to everything in the old city, this place is yours. Our first night in Hanoi was very overwhelming for me, Jimmy took care of me and kept going on taking care of us.he organised our trip to Goa Bang (waterfall) and messaged continually to make sure we were OK. Our bus ride to Ha Long Bay Jimmy took care.from Sapa back to Hanoi, Jimmy took care of our last morning in Hanoi, and he gave us ideas to see. Jimmy made my trip in the north unforgettable, and I'll always be greatfull for his kindness, helpfulness, and working even after he finished work. Thank you, Jimmy I highly recommend Horian Sena Hotel and travel. You won't be sorry if you stay. We would have been lost without Jimmy's kindness and help

The hotel is located near a lot of shops and restaurants. It takes only few minutes to get to a long stretch of bistros and souvenir shops. The staff was nice, although some of them still struggled in communicating with clients. The rooms are cleaned daily, and they replenish bottles of water, tea and coffee. Laundry services is available upon request. Breakfast was also served at the sister hotel across the street, where one could request for pho.

There was this time where the garbage near the hotel wasn't immediately collected. It stayed there for a few nights. This might not be an issue for some, but it was unpleasant for me. Fortunately, they were able to resolve this after a few days. Otherwise, it would greatly affect my review of the hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff is friendly

Rooms are not soundproof you can hear everyone in other rooms, cleaners are loud in the morning. They have cleaners come into your room when you're out they dont have the do not disturb sign. Cleaners will also knock on your door early to ask for housekeeping.

What an amazing experience to be at this accommodation !!!! We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to stay at a hotel like this! Staff at this hotel were just amazing - always willing to help us anytime; when we needed accommodation, transport, to plan a trip or some useful information, they were always willing to help us with literally ANYTHING that we needed. We can't put in words how incredible the people who work here are. They feel like family to us, which is something you can't usually find in hotels. Furthermore, the rooms we stayed at were always clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The location of the hotel is directly in the city center, which made our access to anything way easier. Literally, we have nothing to complain about. Everything was more than what we expected with really good people who were always willing to help. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!!! This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, it's so easy to walk to all the best things to see in Hanoi, and frankly, walking around the Old Quater and the lake is enough of a wonderful experience in itself. We could get to the Water Puppet theatre, the lake, the Women's Museum, Beer Street and Train Street etc etc very easily indeed, you just have to get used tot the crazy traffic, but that's part of the fun! The staff are so helpful and will give you all the guidance you need. They are also well set up for arranging pretty much anything you want to do. We booked our Halong Bay trip with them and they looked after our bags and split our booked nights to make it all work in the best way for us. They even didn't charge us when our son's flight was delayed and he didn't stay the first night we had booked for him, first class service. Breakfast is good and the staff are really friendly. The beds were super comfortable and huge, it was so nice not to have a hard mattress which most places we've stayed in have had. We felt this was excellent value for money, all of us were really happy that we stayed here and would absolutely go back if visiting this wonderful city again.

Be aware, this is a city centre hotel so it is naturally noisy. This did not bother us as it is what we expected, and they do leave ear plugs in the rooms. The bathroom is small and somehow we managed to flood ours when the shower pointed in a certain direction, but this is a very small thing and we would absolutely stay there again.

I stayed at the Sena Hotel for 4 nights the first time and then came back for 2 more nights after my trip on the Ha Giang Loop! The staff was SO kind and the hotel was wonderful and in the best location in the old quarter- quiet at night but easily accessible to everything you would need and want to see in Hanoi. They even kept my luggage stored while I was gone on the Ha Giang Loop and were beyond sweet to me everytime I saw the staff. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The location is very accessible and close to many must-visit spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. The manager was attentive and responsive to our needs. Special shoutout to Tony at the front desk – probably the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met in Vietnam. He truly made our stay even more memorable. Would definitely stay here again!
