I had a great stay here in Delica Hotel. Location wise it is very accessible to everywhere (resto, tourist spots, cafes etc) and mostly are walking distance (about 10-15mins) Rooms are very well maintained and quiet environment. The staffs were so kind, accommodating and very attentive with my requests. They even help me arranged a transport going back to the airport. They have free breakfast from 07:30 - 09:00am. Since my flight is early in the morning, they packed a breakfast ahead of time, which I truly appreciate that. Thanks to Ms Lyn, Mr Jerry I had an awesome stay in Hanoi. I'll go back here on my next holiday trip!

For the whole stay in Hanoi Delica Hotel, we are so happy with the location as it's accessible to every corner of old Hanoi quarter. Our room was huge and roomy as it fits at most 7 people. The staff took care of our trash everyday. Refilled our water diligently and consistently. Hotel Concierge was friendly and helpful especially when we are still finding out what to do in Hanoi, He/She gives us clear and concise instructions. He even offered in-house laundry and airport transfers which i commend. Overall i would come back to this place next time around.

Although our free breakfast was good, my parents are pure vegan, complained lack of vegan protein options like tofu/soy based meal, whole wheat bread, soy milk/almond milk, and nuts. There were even no brown sugar or honey options for those who are diabetic. However if these recommendation would apply in the future even if you add a price to this option we would gladly pay for it just so to have a compatible diet otherwise they would not eat even with slight egg/diary/heavy oil style of cooking. The breakfast was amazing! A beautiful and delicious assortment! The girls at the desk were wonderful! So personable and helpful! the bed was extremely comfortable and the water was hot. The location was perfect.

when I arrived I was told by the owner that my room I had reserved had someone else in it for another night and that he would take me to another hotel he ran. I was tired and the idea of it seemed exhausting. He finally agreed to let me stay in this hotel but upon waking I realized my street view (that i payed extra for) looked onto a wall that was 6 inches away. however the girls at the desk upgraded me to a beautiful room for my second night.

Excellent staff, always willing to help you if needed. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the coffee is always good! The Hotel is right in the heart of the Old District and in walking distance of most, if not all, the attractions Hanoi has to offer. Stayed there three times when travelling around Vietnam.

One small thing. Maybe the entrance door to the hallway (Top floor room) could be screened off as it made the room too light at night. I should have asked the staff to tape a bit of cardboard over it.

Very good reception particularly Linh and Rose. They are so wonderful in her behaviour and so helpful. Rose was taking WhatsApp messages in out of the office hrs even to help. I forgot the other gentleman in the reception, he is so polite and well behaved. Everyone is always ready to help. Hotel is clean. Centrally located. Breakfast included. And a restaurant in same building. I would like to stay again.

They charged extra for checking in 2 hrs early. Did not adjust with checking out 5 hrs early next day. They booked Halong bay tour for me.when I arrived to the boat, I found my room allocated is lower deck. Which was never mentioned. While calling Rose ,she turned around and said she offered lower deck. Actually that was never discussed. I stopped argument as no point then. Suggestion: be very careful and clear about all that can be considered. Never assumed that they will do the best thing for you as they are always smiling and offering you different tours.

Staff were wonderful. They even packed a breakfast for us as our transport arrived early. Any issues we had they checked in a timely way. Location was great and couldn’t hear the traffic noise from the room.

Breakfast was a little different each day but would have loved a pho each morning. They did fry me some eggs when requested.

Nice hotel with a great location. Staff are friendly and always welcoming. Well English communication from all staff members. The room was great and clean and we got a good City view. On top of everything the location is perfect for staying as it's very near to hoan kiem lake, night market, and eating places, all are just walking distance. We also got our Ninh Binh and Halong Bay trip booking through Hotel ( Rose) , got good price and service. Good value for money and comfort.

Very friendly staff. Upon arrival, they helped us carry our luggage to our room and after departure to a taxi. During check-in they offered different drinks. They organized for us a transfer to the airport at a good price. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were very soft and comfortable. Clean bottled drinking water is left in the room every day.

Very poor breakfast. The choice of dishes was very small. There was bread, but there wasn’t even cheese or cold cuts, there wasn’t even anything to make a sandwich out of.

The location is very convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient to tell us what to do around the old quarter.

Maybe next time we'll book a room with a city view or a balcony, the internal window made us lose the sense of time during the day.

Decent place, nice staff who appear pretty happy to solve any issue you might have. Close to everywhere you want to be. NB just SW of old quarter around cathedral is pretty cool area.
