The location is close to shops, restaurants, and tourist places. The staff are very nice and gave me tips where to eat, go and so on. They also speak English well. They reception is also 24/7 good for those who will leave very early. The bed is comfortable, has privacy.

No bidet (not a big deal, but it's a thing for Filipinos). Their aircon is off from a certain time - 11am to 6pm (if I remember it right), but also fine, as they have a fan available.

The social vibe is great, with plenty of communal areas to meet others. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, even arranging local attractions. The place is kept clean with multiple daily cleanings. Plus, it's located right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you're close to everything. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

I stayed in an 8-bed dorm, which is among the smaller rooms at Nexy. The room felt a bit cramped, but each bed had its own privacy curtain, electric socket, and reading lamp, making it feel like a small private nook. I'm not sure if the other rooms are similar in size, because I was informed that the room I stayed in is the smallest in the hostel.

Great facilities especially the cinema room. I stayed in an 8 person dorm but the beds felt super private as only your feet had to be covered by the curtain so it felt like a little bedroom. We stayed after doing the hai giang loop so didn’t get in until the early hours of the morning but the 24 hr check in meant e could get in straight away.

The cleaners always cleaned the bathroom at 8/9 am which i thought was a bit of an odd time considering that’s when most people are getting ready for their day. Overall not a big deal.

well presented hostel with ample communal space (common room, pool and table football, library and roof terrace) the staff are very efficient, and all speak excellent English they have "coffin style" pod-beds which are arranged depth ways into the room. each pod has its own light and power socket with a curtain at the foot end to close off for privacy. In hostels that I've visited in other countries, the dorm beds are usually organised long ways against the walls and are open - so feel more communal. the coffin arrangement makes everyone a bit insular and isolated. maybe it's a Vietnam thing? At first, I really didn't think I'd like it - but boy, did I get a great sleep without any pesky windows letting the sunlight in on me. Each bed space has a lovely big locker, so your stuff is safe. the bathrooms and showers are very clean with hot water

a kitchen area would be good with tea and coffee facilities the floor space in the dormitory is tiny - 8 beds in a 20sqm room, so there's no opportunity to talk to your dorm mates

Been here a few times and there's nothing big to complain about. Exceptional staff that makes the place very welcoming and fun. Facilities offer everything you need and enough space to hangout. Bathrooms could have a little touch-up here and there but it's not a big deal. Everything works and is for vietnamese standards clean. Fantastic location with everything you need in walking distance. Many tours available and several services provided by the hostel. Hopefully the staff gets paid well because they are the true game changer 🙏🔥♥️

No A/C during the day which can make your nap bit sweaty but nothing too serious.

I recently stayed at Nexy Hostel for nearly two weeks since I had some work to do in Hanoi and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hostel's location is superb, situated in a relatively quiet alley with plenty of food options around. The convenience of having everything within reach was great. One of the most important things to me about this hostel are the comfortable rooms. The bunk beds were fitted with curtains, which provided a level of privacy and comfort that made my nights definitely more enjoyable. The facilities were also great, with everything well-maintained and clean. There is a rooftop with a fantastic view and also a common area to hang out at or play pool. The staff at Nexy Hostel are amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help. They made me feel at home right from the moment I walked in the door. I especially enjoyed talking to the guy at the bar, who was hilarious and always had great stories to tell - a true entertainer. Give him a tip, he deserves it for his hard work! The hostel is a perfect place to socialize, without being a crazy party hostel. Overall, my experience at Nexy Hostel was one of my favorite hostel experiences. From the location to the facilities, everything was top-notch, and the staff made my stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Hanoi, whether for work or leisure.

Great service. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The service and assistance recieved from reception was amazing, they booked for us a bunch of experiences and then they were always available to assist in case of change of plan during any of this experiences (we did sa pa and ha long bay through them. Room was clean.

I personally don't like the arrangement of the private room: the bathroom is in front of the bed and has no concrete wall but only a blurred glass, which does not cover much. I perosnally prefer more privacy, but this is down to personal preferences.

Keep our luggage’s after check out , it was so helpful. Also share room,rooftop was cozy .

There is no space to putting on stuff while taking showers.

Great location on the outskirts of old town, good private room, nice roof terrace, good laundry, quiet hostel, pleasant staff.

Unfortunately no hot water for 3 nights of our stay but a handyman did fix it eventually. Slightly low on recommendations when asked about bars which felt unusual for a hostel but not too much of a problem as we used Google maps instead. Nothing off-putting would still recommend here if you want a central hostel that's quiet.

Everything is great ! They have a TV room and a rooftop and a pool table and they are all sooo nice. - The beds are comfortable and even in the bigger rooms with more beds it is not too crowded. - You are close to everything (and in deep in the old quarter) and the street is not too loud. - The staff was so kind even when I was being annoying, asking them questions every two seconds when they were busy. I especially loved that it is not really a party hostel because it does not throw huge raves every few days BUT that when and if you want to party, it will be the perfect place to have a nice drink and meet new people. I stayed with them for so long and kept on extending my stay because it felt like home. When I come back to Hanoi it will be in Nexy !
