- Big Room - Staff is very friendly and helpful - We can use their hostel facilities before check-in and after check-out (5 min walk from the hotel) - Location is amazing, close to everything.

We got a room with an outdoor kitchen. The balcony area could use some attention – we understand it's an open space, but the floor and the drawers where the kitchen utensils are stored need to be cleaned. Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean.

Very convenient location. Nice coffee shop downstairs in the main lobby. Dropped off my laundry with the hotel and headed back cleaned within 24 hours. Very efficient and pleasant experience staying there.

My room is was in the sixth floor with a walk out balcony, but the balcony door did not lock. There were no issues, but it would be nice if the room was not accessible from the next-door attached rooftop area

I loved the location and the coffee shop downstairs. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for me. It has hot water and a small balcony over the street. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people who like each other. I walked to the lake within 6 minutes.

The entrance is through the coffee shop, so when it's closed, there are a couple more steps to leave and enter.

Tv in room didn't work, not that we were spending too much time in the room but the fridge also didn't work which was more of a nuisance!

The location (close to everything: beer street, lacs, city center, the quality of support from the staff. The room property). And the best came from the Coffee downstairs that serves beat Egg coffee!

Great location, super central and the staff at Nexy are very helpful. We’ve stayed in a few rooms here and have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hanoi.

Great location to get around the old town. Everything was really handy. Lots of restaurants or street food vendors close by. Really helpful with booking are trip to ninh bin and Halong Bay. We stayed an extra 2 night's

Have to check in at the hostel and then walk round, only a short walk not even 5 minutes but just be aware of the crazy roads in Hanoi 😂

Good room in a central location in Hanoi for a decent price. Very friendly staff in the hostel around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend Nexy Living apartment.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. They helped us with recommendations and also book tours to Halong Bay and Sapa. The room was clean and well-designed with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with beautiful white linen. The wifi was strong and fast in the room. Good location. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were so so so helpful! Anything we needed we could pop down to reception and all the staff were very knowledgeable! The room was so so clean and although it's in the middle.of mayhem Hanoi, it was quiet and super easy to sleep/relax when we needed to. Unlike other airbnbs we've stayed at in hanoi. 10/10 for this hostel, would recommend 100%
