Good place, almost near to everything you will need when visiting hanoi. The entrance is a bit tricky (entering a coffee shop) but the staf is told everything before so not a problem. Anyway the coffee shop was surprisingly serving a good coffee. Staf also helpful when asked about many things. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The hot water is either hot or very hot. For me was not a big deal.

- Big Room - Staff is very friendly and helpful - We can use their hostel facilities before check-in and after check-out (5 min walk from the hotel) - Location is amazing, close to everything.

We got a room with an outdoor kitchen. The balcony area could use some attention – we understand it's an open space, but the floor and the drawers where the kitchen utensils are stored need to be cleaned. Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean.

Location is incredible as it is in the heart of the Old Quarter. Close to a lot of shopping, food, massage places and other touristy locations. 5 minute walk walk to TP Bank for international travellers.

To note that the accomodation is above a coffee shop - so you’ll have to walk through the coffee shop to get to/out of the accomodation daily…which isn’t actually too bad as it’s not that busy.

Very convenient location. Nice coffee shop downstairs in the main lobby. Dropped off my laundry with the hotel and headed back cleaned within 24 hours. Very efficient and pleasant experience staying there.

My room is was in the sixth floor with a walk out balcony, but the balcony door did not lock. There were no issues, but it would be nice if the room was not accessible from the next-door attached rooftop area

Really nice and clean. Had a room with balcony. Staff really friendly and helpful. Yes, the checkin is sometimes at their hostel, but it is located just around the corner, under 1 min walk. I walked there in heavy rain and semi flooded streets, and it wasn’t a problem, so for the people having problems with that, must have A LOT of problems in their life’s.

I loved the location and the coffee shop downstairs. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for me. It has hot water and a small balcony over the street. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people who like each other. I walked to the lake within 6 minutes.

The entrance is through the coffee shop, so when it's closed, there are a couple more steps to leave and enter.

Tv in room didn't work, not that we were spending too much time in the room but the fridge also didn't work which was more of a nuisance!

The location (close to everything: beer street, lacs, city center, the quality of support from the staff. The room property). And the best came from the Coffee downstairs that serves beat Egg coffee!

Great location, super central and the staff at Nexy are very helpful. We’ve stayed in a few rooms here and have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hanoi.

Good room in a central location in Hanoi for a decent price. Very friendly staff in the hostel around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend Nexy Living apartment.
