Stayed here with friends recently. Rooms were on the smaller size but perfectly adequate. Hanoi is so hot so it was nice to have a room with working AC and a comfortable and clean bed to sleep in. Staff were very helpful and friendly. After I checked out I had 8 hours to kill before my train and staff helped me arrange activities and tours and recommended a spa for me to relax in.

Only thing I wasn’t used to is that the hotel gets shuttered and locked in at night. Went out later one night (around 11) and first floor had lights off and front door was locked and shuttered with metal gates. Found a man sleeping on a cot and he opened the shutters and unlocked the doors for me. Not really sure how someone would return to the hotel afterwards. This kind of security is very common around Vietnam but I wasn’t used to it.

Everything really. The location is in the middle of the old town within easy walking distance to the main attractions, night market and many food places. The beds are very comfortable, the A/C instantly effective and the accommodation perfectly layed-out and clean for a family of 4. The breakfast was great and had both local and western choices. But best of all was the exceptional and very caring service from Anna, Emma and all other staff. Anna was super responsive and organised everything for us including trips to Lan Ha Bay, trips around Hanoi, SIM cards, laundry and airport transfers.

Staff were outstanding. Anna & Emma took great care of me and my travels, arranging my visa, a trip to Halong Bay & a street food tour. Anna is always available on What's App & is very efficient. All the arrangements were perfect. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Serviced daily. Excellent location in the heart of the Old Quarter but amazingly quiet.

The WiFi was a bit slow but if you have a local SIM the signal is good.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet side street that is easy accessible for transport and ideal for restaurants, bars and sightseeing in and around the old quarter. The rooms were of a good size with ample cupboards and drawers for storage. They were cleaned to a high standard and fresh towels provided every day. Throughout our stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. They arranged the airport transfers and day trips for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable 8 night stay at the hotel and based on our experience we would be very happy to book it again.

A real gem of a hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Anna and her staff were amazing . They all gave exceptional customer service. Anna went out of her way to arrange a fantastic tour to Sapa for us, and her night staff were waiting for us in the lobby on our return to make sure we returned safely as the sleeper bus was 1 hour late getting into Hanoi. Anna also arranged a complimentary car to the airport on our departure, and all the staff came to door to say goodbye. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The room smelt very fresh and the bedding was good quality. There was plenty of hot water to shower in . The free wifi was excellent throughout the hotel .

There no big issues with our stay. The only nuisance issue was the shower curtain. It was a lot longer than the height of the tub and if you had it positioned outside the tub, a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor.

Staff stored our luggage while we were away on overnight trip 6. Airport transfer Stress-free experience being picked up from and to airport. Overall, Anna effortlessly made our stay memorable and stress-free. She took the initiative to contact us prior to our trip and provided information. The reception and kitchen staff were wonderful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

i loved everything about ParkLane Central Hanoi...it's wonderfully pleasant staff especially Anna and Lucie!!! They made us so comfortable by helping us with all the information and making our stay so wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel special and I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and all the travellers who visit Hanoi. The location in the Old Quarter is also

I am very satisfied and delighted with my stay at the "Parklane Central Hanoi Hotel". The hotel is centrally located. The staff is extremely friendly. Anna helped me a lot with getting around the city and going on a tour to Ha Long Bay. The hotel is centrally located. I visited all the sights on foot. The room was great. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. I felt like at home in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

The property has an amazing location. However, as a solo traveler, I booked a single room, which was very small and simple. To be fair, the room size was clearly mentioned in the details, so it was my mistake for not reading them properly, as it was a last-minute booking. The breakfast is simple but tasty. It’s not a buffet—you order it from a menu. Special thanks to Lucie! She made my stay so much better. She was extremely helpful, assisted me with booking my trip to Ha Long Bay, and was very responsible when organizing a transfer to the airport for me. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me lots of tips on what to do in Hanoi. If it weren’t for her, my rating for this place would definitely be lower.

• Make sure you’re not too picky when booking this hotel. It’s very simple, so don’t expect miracles, the room is clean, but you can’t complain considering the price and the location. • It might get noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs, especially since some guests might be “having fun” in their rooms. • At night, they close the front entrance, and you’ll need to knock on the iron “curtain” for the security guard to let you in, which gives off a bit of a weird vibe. • Other than that, everything else was well-organized, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The Parklane hotel was exactly what we were looking for— great value, location, and service. We extended our stay multiple times! The location is extremely central in the old quarter, but it’s on a street that is quieter. Anna is amazing— I messaged her directly on WhatsApp. Also when we left I forgot a small bag 🫣 we already left for Da Nang, but Anna contacted me and mailed it!!! What fantastic service ✨ Also they were great about holding our bags while we did multi-day trips to Ha Long Bay, the Ha Giang Loop, etc. Highly recommend!
