The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast overall met my expectations and included a good variety of options.

The picture of the honeymoon sweet bathroom did not match the picture shown on booking.com. I had picked the room specifically because of the bathroom pictured. It was a bit disappointing. I would encourage them to update pictures of the rooms to show exactly what to expect. If there are two different honeymoon rooms with different layouts, I would suggest indicating that in the pictures on Booking.com

Friendly Staffs, Excellent location , Superb service. David, tour manager of this hotel, organised a wonderful trip for us at a competitive price. Rooms are of standard size with all necessary amenities.

Though breakfast was good compared to the price, there was limited options for Muslims or for those who are not fond of Pork. I requsted them to put the tag for each item, they followed it for a day. Some rooms are not accessible with elevator, so keep this in mind while booking if you have difficulties in climbing stairs.

Location: very near to some famous restaurants in Hanoi (highly recommend Trung Kitchen, ERA restaurant and MET Vietnamese restaurant) cheap souvenir shops, convenience store, and tourist sites. The place is also quiet hence you can have a good sleep. There's a free breakfast. Selection are limited but food tastes good. Staff: They are very kind and hospitable; they really help the guests whenever there's a concern. I would like to commend the front desk staff (male) who was in charge of our checkout. We checkout early morning (430am) and he was so kind enough to offer us water, banana and bread to eat on our way to the airport. Tina, the other front desk staff is also kind and very acomodating. I wasnt able.to get the name of all the staff but their service is really good.

They dont serve in house dining but you can order via grab. They have an affilitae restaurant but it will also be delivered via grab.

Everything about the hotel was nice. David, Kang and Helen who manned the travel and the front desk were just superb. Their eagerness to assist us and solve every little problem -- from where to go, booking taxis and directions on maps to recommending restaurants and coffee shops made our stay very comfortable indeed. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The staff was very accommodating with our requests. Our flight arrived at 7am so we asked if we could advance our breakfast on our last day since we will be leaving before the buffet time starts anyway, and they did. We were able to comfortably eat breakfast as soon as we landed in Vietnam. They also allowed us to do an early check-in, and the rooms were really comfortable to stay in. The staff gave us a lot of tips on which restaurants to eat and which tourist attractions to go to. They also helped us with some of our tours. In terms of hospitality, we are giving them 200%, superb service. And on top of all these, since they knew we were leaving at dawn, they prepared sandwiches and fruits for us to bring in the airport. This didnt feel like any other hotel, it felt like home.

great location to go walk around old quarter. just 300 meters walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake Park. it's located on 35 P. Hàng Quạt, a well known road by a taxy /limo services. the best one is road facing room (level 5 or 6), and enjoy a nice sunrise before start your morning.

need to publish online, or have a small website. i already stay here couple times before renovation and renamed (as golden sun suite). publish it will make easy to using application (grab /bee /mai linh) that use map service (waze /gmaps /etc.).

Firstly you need to know there are 2 sides to this hotel. 1 side has rooms with stairs only and the other side has rooms using the lift. When I booked I didn’t know and as I had a very bad hip and the room I booked was using the stairs. Management kindly offered us an upgrade to a room using the lift at no extra cost to us and we were very grateful. We had a lovely stay at this hotel, breakfast was adequate and you could have your eggs how you like. The rooms were lovely and cleaned each day. 2x free bottled water’s every day. You can book your tours at the tour desk in reception. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants and close the lake. Anything else a grab is so cheap.

Helpful friendly staff who assisted me with airport transfers and laundry. Great location. Comfortable bed with good air conditioning.

Cleaning could be improved especially in the bathroom. TV wasn’t working.

I liked the friendly helpful staff. Good location from which to explore hanoi old quarter. The breakfast was reasonable. Overall for the price we paid for the room was reasonable, nothing was uncomfortable. Room was kept clean.

I think the hotwater availability in the evening needs to be improved. I had to leave tap on for a good 8 minutes before lukewarm water flowed. Morning supply was excellent.
