Holiday Emerald Hotel was a fantastic choice for our Hanoi trip! Ideally located in the Old Quarter, it’s a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and lively markets. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making our stay seamless with great local tips. Our room was spotless, cozy, and modern, with a comfy bed and excellent shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering fresh diverse options. Fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like daily water added to the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Hanoi visit!

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Very good breakfast. Varied and different fruit every day and you can choose dishes a la carte. Very friendly staff. They arranged some phone cards for us the same afternoon we arrived. Jenny is lovely and an exceptional organizer of everything you may need. She arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the cruise to Halong Bay, and the subsequent transfer to Tam Coc. Always doing her best for everything to go perfectly. It's a peace of mind to know that you are in the hands of a great professional. Thank you very much again for your loving and efficient attention.

Excellent location in the old quarter. The price was very good and the beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was really good . And the staff were soooo nice. Especially Lam. He even knocked on my door in the early morning just to give me a hug goodbye because he had finished his shift. He did a lot of special things for us when we were there - like getting me ice every night for my sore knees. He is so kind and funny. I will miss him!

Great location so we could wapk everywhere. The staff we incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us advice and directions on places to visited, helped us chabge money, organised an airport pick up, and offered to help us buy something if we were worried about haggling. They really went beyond. The breakfast was amazing and they even made us pancakes or eggs each morning.

Being in the old quarter was a little loud. It makes for a great location but is somwthing to keep in mind if you want a bit more peace.

Love everything about the hotel!! I checked in first before my family joins me and I never felt so alone. Everyone was so helpful! Love the daily breakfast specially their warm smile in the morning shout out to chef for the yummy foods! To the lady who always serves us food in the morning, Special mentioned to Kate who informed me ahead of time for the double bookings w /o cancellation fee, to timmy who was so welcoming as always, and to my favorite sweetest Jenny! Our stay at the Holiday Emerald Hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and provided a comfortable haven for us. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices each morning. During our Ha Long Bay tour, we left for a night, and upon our return, we were delighted to find that the hotel had upgraded our room in honor of our honeymoon. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. The location in Hanoi's Old Quarter couldn't be better, with easy access to all the attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay. Five stars! 🇵🇹

Staff was absolutely incredible! I From the receptionist to the breakfast chef and staff in the morning, everyone was really really friendly and treated us so nicely.We had issues of WiFi in our room, I told reception and next day someone came to fix it. Some mornings I didn't get up for breakfast and they brought up some pho for me to the room.I would 100% Stay here again, location is great, rooms are lovely but the staff makes this place 10/10. Thank you all so much for making our holiday a little more special.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms well appointed and clean, comfortable. Staff where just lovely. Staff member Jenny was so helpful even before we arrived via whatsapp. Helped make our holiday that much better, really took care of us with trips, transport, local knowlegdge etc especially when we added in trips and needed to stay another night. Safely stored our bags at no extra cost. Really friendly. Breakfast included was great too, mix of western and local dishes. Great choice of you want to be in the center of tjings in Hanoi.

The staff were very reapectful and accomodating. We arrived late check in and they welcomed us just fine. It was my sister’s bday and they gave her a small cake and made the room and bed with rose petals. Very sweet of them. Breakfast was superb we loved everything really!

I think location is good but we had to walk a few minutes to reach the souvenir shop as the location mostly are for spa. But to sum it all we dont have any complaints.

Our stay at Holiday Emerald Hotel was excellent. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious, the location is great, but above all the staff is what makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in Hanoi. Jenny made our entire Vietnam trip so much easier to plan (book your private transfers with this hotel and you won’t regret it). We would highly recommend.
