First, the location of the hotel is exceptional: on the north bank of Hoan Kiem Lake and in the immediate vicinity of the old quarter of Hanoi where you will find restaurants, shops, boutiques, ... The main tourist sites are also accessible on foot (long bien bridge, Hoa Lo prison, temple of literature, west lake, opera, Saint Joseph cathedral, ...). Then, the hotel is very well equipped (roof top with panoramic view of the lake, elevator, reception open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ... My room had all the modern comforts (large bed, spacious shower, air conditioning, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, electric kettle, ...). The room is very clean and cleaned every day. Finally, the hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to the customer. The hotel manager gave me excellent advice for visiting tourist sites and organized an excursion to Ha Long Bay at my request. I will gladly return to this establishment during a future stay in Hanoi.

Highly recommended! Phenomenal location, with two stunning roof terraces overlooking market street in the old quarter and views over the lake. Beautiful rooms meticulously maintained. The staff are all so helpful, professional and always going the extra mile for their guests. Great laundry service and they were able to help me exchange money with some notice. Once I found this place I kept coming back, and other travellers I met along the way swapped hotels once they found it. The best banh mi right on your doorstep as it has such high footfall, open all hours. Note coffee and café dinh are a stones throw away. Incredible value for money, the perfect base to really maximise your time in Hanoi.

That I wasn’t able to stay longer

Its location as by Hoan Kiem Lake. We were given access to a small lounge and terrace which over looked "junction" of the "Shark Jaw" which was quite impressive for "people" watching particularly at "rush hour" time. Very easy to access "the old quarter"of Hanoi. The hotel is situated where the evening market takes place on Friday and Saturday nights so the roads around get cordoned off. The staff was also very helpful and very friendly.

No window in one of the bedrooms but we were given an access to a terrace overlooking one of the busiest junction in Hanoi old quarter.

We stayed here for a night, the night before departure back home. Booking was quick and easy. Great value for money. Early check-in iwas no problem. Staff was extremely helpful. We had issues with our plane tickets and a staff member assisted us to fix this problem until completely solved. later we lost our phone while shopping and the staff searched through local shops and found it back! Super service! The room was well equipped and charming. We had the family adjacent rooms which were perfect! We loved the view on that their roof top terras!

To me, she is the perfect example of someone who approaches everything with genuine passion. I had an unfortunate experience where my next accommodation canceled my booking at the last minute, but Ms. Tracy graciously assisted me in securing the best hotel in Hoi An. Her kindness is truly beyond words. I would be thrilled to have the chance to stay in the same room again in the future. The view of the bustling street, the comfort, and the well-equipped amenities—all conveniently located—made it a perfect stay. I can’t wait to return!

The only hotel in Vietnam we returned to Prime location in the heart of Hanoi with a roof top overlooking hoan kiem lake. Front door opens directly to the weekend night market. A couple streets from the nightlife and on the same block as one of the most highly rated spas The staff and facilities are just as good as its location Help and advice offered with every conversation Given a pick between rooms with better view and not hassled about an early check in Whether you’re just getting to Hanoi or returning from an exhausting excursion… This is a hotel you can trust

Centrally located with a nice rooftop that overlooks the lake. Our room didn't really have a window but that was fine for us. Everything was clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower and friendly staff. No noise from the streets either :).

The morning cleaning staff should be more quiet when cleaning the neighboring rooms. They were kind when I opened the door and made a gesture about the noise, but yes, it was our day sleep in and we didn't enjoy being woken up early in the morning from this.

Didnt know there was a breakfast. Room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was superb...right across the street from Lake Hoan Kiem.Lake Hoan Kiem is THE place to be during the day. Many coffee shops, beautiful lake with people enjoying the scenery, and Old quarter close by. Staff was fantastic...I would return just because of them.

Small room, window had a view of a shaft between buildings. When I arrived at almost midnight, the neighborhood looked a little scary, but when I arose the next morning, I realized the location was great and that the neighborhood looked like typical Hanoi when all the shops were open.

The hotel was in a great location in the old town, there was a wonderful view of the lake from the rooftop bar. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but we had a great sleep and felt refreshed in the morning.

The room was a little bit small and the walls had footprint marks on where it looks like someone was squashing mosquitoes. It would have been better if they cleaned the walls. I would stay here again but I would book a bigger room.

We stayed 4 nights here and had a fantastic time in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful, gave some great recommendations for places. We really enjoyed people watching from the rooftop, over looking the Shark Jaw, and the location is perfect for the lake, the weekend walking street, and lots of shops and restaurants. The laundry service was great. We were on the 4th floor, with a balcony and we did not find it too noisy at night at all.
