Everything in this hotel is so nice especially, Hotel manager Pepper is the best hotel manager I have ever seen in my life she is always smiling, caring and she can speak English and my favorite language Korean very well, Vinh is Handsome , Giang is a good boy and he is very hard-working. Ly is such a lovely lady who can make you feel happy everyday, Nam is a bad boy but helpful and very smart he knows everything about science and technology. Trang is the best MasterChef in the restaurant on the fifth floor with many specialties made by her in a unique way that she is the only one who knows the distinguished recipe. Everyone in this hotel is unique and special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I booked, the communication was exceptional. Phillips, the staff member I interacted with, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and efficiently. Phillips had already arranged for a car to transport me to the hotel, and when it was time for me to depart, he seamlessly organized my ride, relieving any stress associated with transportation. Despite my busy schedule, I managed to squeeze in an activity during my stay, which was effortlessly arranged by the hotel staff. It's evident that they prioritize guest experiences and are committed to making each stay memorable. Although I missed breakfast due to an early excursion, the staff graciously provided me with a delicious sandwich from a local store, ensuring I didn't go hungry. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the hotel's prime location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. In summary, the service, cleanliness, and location of this hotel are unparalleled. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

The hotel is situated at the heart of old quarter and easily accessible to local markets and street shopping areas. The breakfast offered was simple and tasty incorporating both English and local cuisine. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and towels were changed daily.

Our room was facing the main road and it was not sound proof. The streets are busy during the weekend/ night & sometimes there are celebrations in the nearby restaurant with loud music which was slight disturbance. There was smell from the bathroom when the surface is wet however not when its dry.

This is one of the friendliest hotels I have been to. The staff were just amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. Their knowledge of the English language is to be commended. I would highly recommend Hanoi Silk Castle Hotel to anyone. Big note: Let’s book the tour with hotel travel desk; they know what you really need! I made mistakes to book a Halong tour online then when arrived to this lovely hotel, they changed our cruise that what we could not understand then we had to cancel it for last minutes cancellation. Hotel staff PHILIP helped us to book another one with 15 percent discount and it was absolutely amazing with highlights view to see the ocean. Thanks you very much team!

We stayed at the Silk Castle hotel for two nights in Oct . The rooms had a desk, few chairs and comfortable beds (we found mattresses to be hard generally throughout Vietnam). Basic amenities, but clean and comfortable. The staff helped us ahead of our arrival to book transportation from the airport as well as a cruise to Halong Bay which turned out to be wonderful. Although their English was limited, they communicated well and were helpful throughout our stay. We also had the breakfast (choice of western style eggs and bacon, pho, lots of fresh fruit and yogurt) which was excellent, though best if you order the night before with an approximate time so you don't have to wait too long. Hanoi silk castle Hotel is in a great location , but close enough to everywhere. Overall very good value and we would stay here again.

Hanoi Silk Castle hotel was fantastic! You get all you need ... big room with a nice bed, hot shower n private bathroom, WiFi, free breakfast, assistance with tours! What else i can ask for? Philip the owner was awesome! He invite me out twice cuz he knew i was traveling solo and he made me feel like a great friend. Super welcoming and attentive , he also arrange my pick up n drop off at the the airport. He also recomend me some tours to choose from and he did all the job to book them and arrange everything for me. I can’t ask for a best experience. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter so the location is perfect cuz you don’t need any kind of transportation to visit the old quarter. I definetely will stay here again if i come to Hanoi.

The hotel was in an amazing location, close to everything that you could want in Hanoi. But what set this stay apart we’re Philip and the staff, he was incredible and booking all of our tours and always checking in on us, fantastic food recommendations and places to go and see. I highly recommend staying here, for what you pay the rooms are great and the breakfast is also a nice touch (get the chicken noodle soup). I will definitely only stay here whenever I come to Hanoi.

The hotel staff, most especially the manager, Philip, were very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good enough. The room was a bit small but it was very comfortable to sleep in and quiet too. And the hotel's location gives you easy access to just about everything in the Old Quarter area.

If you have big luggages, it would be too tight to move around the room.

Very comfortable hotel, with extremely friendly staff that make you feel at home. The manager Philip helped me arrange and plan the rest of my holiday in Vietnam and helped me book trips to ha giang, halong Bay and flights to other parts of the country. Saved me a lot of time and stress this holiday. Furthermore the hotel is located in the heart of the centre and everything is in walking distance, or a short grab ride away (if it's too hot to walk).

My room didn't have windows, but somehow quite some mosquitos came into the room, I think through the bathroom vent.

The staff were amazing. Phillip is always in a great mood. They are all happy to help you with anything. The location is perfect. Very close to everything. The room I got was small but got everything I needed. Bed was comfortable.

They could have an extra blanket as it can get really cold in Hanoi. However this is just a suggestion. I still would stay there again.
