Breakfast was an acceptable spread. The location was very convenient to most of the sightseeing areas in Hanoi, there's also a 24hr pharmacy nearby and 24 hr convenience stores for emergencies. The hotel room was clean. Transport to the hotel can also be arranged so it's quite convenient. The TV and aircon did break down for a while but they attended to it almost immediately and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient staff!

Amazing breakfast, pho soup prepared every day, almost any request I had they cater for me. They even prepared a lunch box for us one day we left the hotel super early in the morning for an excursion.

The price is just right for the room, the only thing that could be better is the ensuite bathroom is a bit old and small, but the location is close to everything, comfortable room size, and above all, the hotel staff friendliness and service is unbeatable and compensates for those minute details.

We were in a street front room on the 4th floor. It was quiet. It was comfortable, clean, light & bright. The staff were very pleasant and so helpful..

Clean and cosy hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Location is in the Old Quarter. Easy to find eateries and shopping is everywhere around the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms was clean but small. However it was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem with communication as all of them can speak good English.

Excellent location, in the old district and Hoan Kiem lake. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are really nice , quiet and clean.

great location in Pho Co. great staff, super friendly. owner very attentive to our needs. cozy atmosphere. they were very honest: we took a tour to Ninh Binh, but we’re not feeling great, so we passed on a couple of activities, and the hotel got us a partial refund from the tour company.

The hotel is located in an excellent position, very close to the lake, the staff is so kind and nice, they helped us for anything we asked for!
