This property is well located in the Old Quarter, walking distance to most things you might want to see. The rooms were comfortable and quiet considering how loud the city can be - and the terraced rooms were a real treat to be above all the chaos. There was a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth care kits, robes, slippers, and an affordable mini bar. Above all, the staff was amazing. So kind and welcoming, and willing to help or provide suggestions for whatever you might need. We also visited the spa, which was a wonderful experience as well. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel!

Verry good soundproof, changes towels and bathroom clean every day. Great location, great support from reception helping with our baggages and arranging pick up with driver. They prepared special breakfast as we've cheched out earlier.

We've spent 7 nights, no change of bed linen during this time ( no discount for staying longer). Breakfast selections poor and some people working there not so good at english ( order something, received something else). Poor varieties ( we've stayed before to another 4 star hotel with less $/ night and breakfast was better). In our room sink drain was not working properly ( room 401), although we've informed at reception nothing happent. When take shower water drains in bathroom.

My wife and I traveled throughout Vietnam for a month and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. We stayed here for 4 nights. Even though other hotels we stayed at had bigger rooms (and this one was not small) it was the staff and our bed that made it so great. As soon as we got out of our taxi the staff were there to carry our luggage up the stairs, get us a cool drink, and to get us registered. The front desk clerk sat down with us and gave us a detailed briefing on all the restaurants, museums, and sites in the area. He also escorted us to our room and explained everything inside. The bed and pillows were some of the most heavenly I have slept on in my life. It was so comfortable that my wife and I quickly fell asleep each night. I asked the manager where the pillows were made, so I could order some on-line for my bed at home. Unfortunately they are made in Hanoi by a small manufacturer, so I could not order them. Oh well, but at least the manager tried. The morning breakfast on the top floor was very fresh and delicious. They do not cut corners on anything. There are also seats outside. Finally, I can not say enough about the staff here. They have been trained to anticipate your every need and to use their initiative, to step in and ask if you need something. It is truly 5-star hotel service in this boutique hotel. If we ever return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again.

New and well appointed hotel within the old quarter. Rooms were a good size (suite with balcony as was it appeared in photos - lots of space) and all worked well. Breakfast was excellent in the morning, although got a little repetitive after a few days. Mini bar well priced and was raided a few times during our stay. Front desk and service staff willing to help with every request, particularly welcomed for a family trip. Spa services were good, even if they were upsold a little hard.

Unfortunately the hotel missed our airport transfer, making for a poor start to the trip. Hotel restaurant was overpriced for the food (check out the Hanoi Garden hotel for a better experience) and the rooftop bar wasn't open during the day for a coffee/meal outdoors. Some of the staff clearly still in training - I expect it will improve over time to meet a solid 4 star rating. Be aware there are two La Sinfonia hotels close to each other, make sure you're clear with tours etc which one you're staying at.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Our favorite things were: •The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. •The room was very clean. •The shower and toilet had good water pressure. •We could enjoy Netflix and YouTube in the room. •The light switches were easy to understand and use. •The breakfast was very delicious. •The staff kindly gave us a beautiful keyring, which was a very nice touch. Amazing location, super friendly and beyond helpful staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was comfy. Treatments at the spa are fairly priced and very enjoyable! The rooftop bar is amazing. The hotel helped us find and plan excursions which were really great, and overall made our stay very convenient and relaxed. Tip- the streets outside can get extremely loud so staying in a windowless room was actually a great choice. The room was also well ventilated so we didn’t feel like a window was needed. Without a doubt will stay here again!!!

We got only few small bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash which were not enough for 2 adults. The water in the shower kept changing between cold and hot. The bathroom floor was not cleaned during our stay. Selection at breakfast is limited but sufficient. Not enough Vietnamese options in the room service menu.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a place to stay in the old quarter. It’s very close to the a lot of restaurants, massage parlor, attractions and street food locations. It may be busy and noisy on the streets but once you’re inside the hotel it’s a different story. The ambiance of the hotel is classy, quiet and serene. You can’t tell that you’re in the heart of the hustle and bustle part of Hanoi. The buffet breakfast is superb. I feel like I’m in an expensive restaurant every time. The hostesses are always looking after your needs and very polite with their service. I can’t ask for more with this hotel. I’m so happy I chose to stay in La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel and Spa. My husband and I were totally satisfied.

I’ve never stayed in an internal hotel room without a window before (they’re not allowed in my country), but for a short 5-day stay, it was fine, especially since I was working most of the time. The staff were fantastic—particularly attentive and excellent hosts, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop bar had spectacular views and great drink specials, with a fantastic music and vibe. The location was central, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. And I took advantage of the in-house spa and got two massages, which was quite the luxury. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The TV occasionally lost internet, making streaming services unusable one night, though the staff helped resolve it the next day. And the internet wasn’t reliable enough for work calls, which did end up being problematic, as I was cutting out. Other than unreliable wifi/internet, no complaints.

We loved the location. It was right by the Lake! And when we did our food tour, we must have walked around a few blocks only, and found the most incredible food right near the hotel. Loved the bed, it was so comfy! The staff were lovely and helped with tours, transfers and we were given such a lovely welcome drink. They were so welcoming to our 4 yr old daughter and gave her a gift when we left. The roof bar had a beautiful view.

Sometimes, we could hear people out in the hallway in the early morning, from our bedroom. But it didn't bother us too much, we were so exhausted, we slept through most of it!

Tl;dr Location, staff and breakfast... The tourist trifecta! Absolutely perfect location for visiting Hanoi. First, you are in the Old Quarter for convenient pickup at the hotel for day trips. Second, you are one block from Hoàn Kiem Lake which becomes a Hanoi block party every weekend. Despote both of these facts, La Sinfonia Majesty is relatively quiet (very hard to find in Hanoi) because they are on the edge of the Old Quarter and the streets around Hoàn Kiem are closed every weekend. This may not be the case for rooms that face the street, but the other rooms are quiet (we were in 602). Beyond the location,the hotel staff are super helpful, particularly Mik and Tracy. Get their WhatsApp and they will help you throughout the day with train schedules, restaurants, etc. Even on their days off!!! The restaurant in the hotel is quite popular with locals, so it's easy to see why the breakfast is so good. Good variety of Vietnamese and Western. Good skybar view of the lake, too!
