The staff were extremely helpful. Lucy and Tony, especially Lucy, were very good at looking after my needs. The breakfast was outstanding. It gave me the right nutritional start to the day! It was near Hoan Kiem Lake and that was basically the only are I wanted to hang out in during my three night stay. Will definitely be back in late November for another three nights.

Although this was not a problem for me, the elevator was tiny and the hallways are extremely narrow. Not a big deal but just to give folks a heads up if they’re traveling with a lot of luggage. Also, there’s limited seating in the breakfast area. For two of the days there that wasn’t a problem as I got there at 7, but on the third day, I arrived a little late and there was a tour group that filled up the room. However, they weren’t there long.

I booked this property for my brothers’ first trip abroad, and it couldn’t have gone better. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city’s charm on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere that really stood out. From the moment they arrived, everything was seamless: airport pick-up and drop-off were arranged in advance, and they even helped organize a memorable visit to the Incense Village. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety each morning, and the proprietors went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. They were super responsive in the chat, answering all our questions quickly and helpfully. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my brothers absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi especially first-time travelers! We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Excellent value and in a great location

Make sure you get a room with a window, else it's a bit claustrophobic.

Hotel is located near vibrant weekend night markets, clothing and bag retail shops while still being a safe and quiet area at night in Old Quarter. Very near Hoan Kiem Lake too - it was so healing and relaxing to walk by the serene lake at night. Staff are extremely sweet, kind, friendly, helpful and communicates well to help meet our needs. Eg we booked a car to the airport through the hotel for an early morning flight. Rooms are on the smaller side but cozy, modern and bright, with good quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was always consistently yummy everyday! Although I did not go for their tours, I saw quite a few visitors/guests browsing their tours. Definitely stay at this hotel if you're looking for a quiet yet vibrant area to stay at in Old Quarter!

My room is very small. But it doesn't bother me at all. It's a comfy room. Room's furniture is new. Everything's clean and quite. its location near a lot of famous places in old quater. I can easily discover old quater by foot. Hotel Service is good.

Breakfast at the Hotel was AWESOME; glad that they provided a decent menu with various hot food items. Coffee and Tea every morning was always fresh and hot. Though a small establishment with limited facilities, the customer service provided by staff working there was GREAT; truly appreciated it! DEFINITELY super-friendly and very helpful staff. Location was extremely convenient for me; close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the many eateries within the area. I even found a handful of good eats just within 50 feet from the Hotel!!!

The hotel is new and near the lake. Good location! Room was clean, bathroom also. Great and nice receptionist! she help me book very good tour I will come back after my trip to Halong Bay.

The receptionist, Michael, was fantastic. The hotel was two short roads away from the most vibrant and fun area in Hanoi. There was construction at night which was a downside, but worth it for considering the price and location of hotel. The rooms need a coat of paint to be perfect, but overall our stay here was fantastic. Note: the rooms are great and the reception is too, but the hallways are rather outdated. This had no influence on our stay, but something to mention. Thanks to La Renta for always responding so quickly to our messages and accommodating all our needs both before and during our trip! I would 100% come back here if I’m ever in Hanoi again.

We had a lovely welcome!! We were reached out to before we had arrived about check in and organising a taxi. Our safety deposit box was not working on arrival and they were very quick to assist in changing this. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also very central which is amazing! Everything in walking distance. Ms Lucy and Mr Michael were so lovely and always there to help.

There was no space for us in the breakfast room on one of the mornings but otherwise nothing!
