He ensured I received the best attention and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and recovery by the next day. Everything was great

The junior suite was like the perfect modern flat. It was the nicest and most comfortable room I have ever been to.

The staff was caring overall but we have faced a problem with a man receptionist who was not able to procide us the second blanket. First of all he nodded to our request. Nothing happend. We called him. He said yes again. Nothing. After third call he told us it is not possible, one room- on blanket. So we had not comfy night. I think this is not tolerable in any hotel let alone a four-star one. And the breakfast is served in the form of a menu. We also struggeled with the staff a bit. We requsted Set no. 3, which incuded main meal- eggs, hashbrown, toasts. Than the fruits, than the juice and coffee or tea. If we hadnt spoken up the staff would brought us only the main food. We also had to ask for water. The next days it was better but the staff could be more professional.

Our stay at La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire hotel exudes a sense of freshness — fragrant, clean, and impeccably maintained. We booked the suite with a lake view, and it was nothing short of luxurious: spacious, comfortable, and equipped with every modern convenience you’d expect. The hotel breakfast experience was equally delightful. The chef and waiters were not only friendly and lively but also went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. They even made my birthday extra special — surprising me with a delicious cake and a cheerful song at breakfast, and then another cake at dinner. Both were as tasty as they were thoughtful. A special mention goes to the reception staff, especially Bach. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He gave us fantastic recommendations for things to see and do in the Old Quarter, and on our last day, he presented us with a handwritten farewell card — such a personal and touching gesture. Housekeeping was also consistently excellent. Fresh towels, linens, and amenities were provided daily with care, and everything was always spotless.

We had an amazing stay at La Passion Premium for my wife’s birthday trip. From the smooth transportation arranged from our hotel in Ninh Binh to Hanoi, everything was well taken care of. At check-in, Mike was so welcoming, explained Hanoi in detail, and gave us great recommendations. The restaurant service by Phan Anh Thu & FO was excellent, and the birthday decorations were beautiful, while the Sky Bar team (Duc Anh & Tu) made our celebration extra special. Silvia at reception stood out with her outstanding service, always kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole team made us and my wife feel truly celebrated – an unforgettable experience! The hotel is right in the center of the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore. Most attractions were within walking distance, so we hardly needed Grab during our stay.

Don’t miss out on this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, the staff incredibly welcoming, and the service was truly exceptional. A special shoutout to Emma – I was pleasantly surprised to see her again after previously writing a glowing review about her at La Passion Hotel and Spa. Seeing a familiar face at check-in added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. Even when the road was closed over the weekend and our transport couldn’t reach the hotel entrance, the bellboy went above and beyond by carrying our luggage and helping us connect with our driver. This place honestly felt like a world-class hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

First and foremost we really liked our receptionist Sylvia. She was wonderful! So nice, really helpful, gave us suggestions of cafes and eateries that she liked, so we got to sample some non-tourist places. Nothing was too much trouble, she booked excursions for us and arranged laundry too. We loved the overall feel of the hotel. It really suited us. Classy and stylish boutique hotel but without trying too hard. There was a very comfortable and friendly feel. The staff always greeted us with a smile, they were chatty and were there when we needed them but never hanging over us.Just the right balance of efficient, yet friendly service. If we go back to Hanoi, it's where we'll stay again. The location was excellent. A really short walk from the lake, the shopping streets and all the main attractions of the Old Quarter. Great views from the dining room and the Sky Bar. We used the hotel as a base staying on three separate occasions. We were able to leave our main cases in the hotel and travel light on our excursions, returning to the hotel and swapping clothes etc. The staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout.

There was almost nothing we didn't like, but one thing was, that although the breakfasts were good, food fresh and nicely cooked, the 'package' menu system seemed unnecessarily complicated. My personal preference would have been for a buffet, plus a menu with some hot items that could be ordered.
