The staff - Laura & Lena are incredibly accommodating, had the best local recommendations (coffee places, museums, etc). Plus, they kept in touch via WhatsApp before and during the journey. Also, they did our laundry for free and were always keen to chat with us and make sure were are fully accommodated for. They’re both the best!!! The room was spacious, with excellent view, really good AC, fantastic bathroom, and comfy bed. The breakfast was really tasty, the beef pho, omelette, sausage, bacon, and fresh fruit were 10/10. The hotel even has an elevator!

The location is great! You’re at walking distance from all the main attractions! The price includes breakfast which is a nice to have. Also, we have used their laundry services and our clothes were returned in less than 24 hs clean and smelling so great. The bed was huge and very comfy and their staff super friendly and helpful.

The only things to point out is that a strange smell came out of the toilet. You could tell that was clean but I guess it was coming up from the sewers. Not a big deal but better to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid getting that smell in the rest of the room!

Location was great, but noisy with plenty of food places nearby. Easy to walk everywhere. You should expect some noise as you’re right in heart of action.

Lift only went to 6th floor and our room was on 7th. Access via an iron staircase with wobbly railings. But it was relatively quiet on top floor.

The staff are so accommodating. We stored our luggage here for a few days when we went to Ha Long bay and they had it all ready for us in our room when we got back. It is very good value for money, clean and safe

Construction works next door were very loud

My wife and I have stayed at this Hotel on many occasions. It suits our needs perfectly. It is a very convenient location very close to the lake. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room quiet.The staff above all else are exceptional.Every one of them gives their very best service. This is one of the extra features about this place we like so much. The staff do their very best to make you feel welcome and take care of any problems.They really do look after you. I would certainly recomment this Hotel to anyone. We love it and will return again and again.

Very centric hotel and the staff was extremely attentive. We received a wonderful upgrade for our honeymoon which was a lovely gesture and the room was excellent. We came back to the hotel after an excursion and they managed our luggage while we were away.

We noticed the street noise quite a lot from our room due to the city view, which is mainly due to us going to bed super early for our flight the next day. Apart from that, all was wonderful :)

Great location, in the Old Town Quarter of Hanoi, everything outside, food, shopping, cafes, night market, lake, temples. My room was great with view of small street but more quiet than expected. I had a corner unit to Juliette balcony plus night window. Bed was comfy, shower head was strong, and strong wifi. Lots of lights in room and modern decor. Overall recommend this place.

They have a sister branch their Premium hotel which is where they serve the breakfast, only two doors down but just a heads up. Also I had two day trips and asked for takeaway breakfast box, instead of their delicious local Vietnamese food offerings, they packed me a ham and mayo sandwich. Be mindful if checking in or out from Friday to Sunday and need a taxi, in the old town car traffic is cut off nightly and you may need to walk to edge to grab a car service 10 minute walk.

Staff were fantastic!!! - very friendly and willing to help, always available. Location was great! Right in the hub of the old town with everything we wanted to see in walking distance; lake very close with a walking street; tour company was happy to pick us up from the hotel; plenty of restaurants super close, convenience store about 200m away. Buffet breakfast was decent. They were happy to keep our luggage after we checked out until we went to the airport at night and let us shower down near the lobby before we went to the airport.

Not much to complain about. Was quite noisy given the location in the middle of the hub - worth it for the location I think. Room was small. No conditioner. Hot in the stairwell/elevator, hot before air con turned on in the room. Average view, mainly of the street and can see the lake, would maybe just go for a room without the view next time.

Couldn't have been much better - we only had difficulties finding the right entrance but that's mainly due to our taxi dropping us off at the neighboring hotel of the same company.

Location is excellent in the center of Old Quarter. The room is quite spacious and super clean. Breakfast was pretty decent with eggs/bacon/sausage along with basic Vietnamese food and assorted bread, fruit and drinks. Our trip was pleasant because the staff was exceptional. A big shout out to Felicia for letting us re-book our stay when our plan changed. Both Felicia and Laura were always helpful with where to eat, what to see and gave us valuable advice on tour information. They also have laundry service of which is very helpful.

The bathtub is on a platform which is a little bit awkward to take a shower/bath. It just took us a bit of adjustment.
