Little bit of luxury for a reasonable price. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Arranged a late check out and stored my luggage for the day. Location was great, 5 min walk to main tourist spots. Room was huge.

View was of other buildings, but that's the norm in Hanoi.

Everything about this hotel and its staffs . Located in the central of Hoan Kiem province on the walking street, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes but their own breakfast is the best. Morden room, clean bathroom. The staffs their are all young and professional: Van Anh the receptionist is very kind and helpful whenever we need to book taxi. Chuc is a sweet girl who reminded us when to bring the umbrella or need to put the sunscreen on. Both of the doorboys are very friendly and the high school's boy who do his apprenticeship in the kitchen who fix my mum's phone. Just named a few. We will definitely be back in the future

The location is superb, and the bedrooms are of good size. We had a room with balcony and we could see the busy street from the balcony. The egg and noodle station in the breakfast was excellent. Overall it was such a good value and the manager Anna helped us a lot.

When arriving, we were told that if we have to pay by credit card there would be a 3 percent extra charge. Didn't expect that coming. If we were informed earlier, we could have prepared the cash or choose the pay in advance.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they really made our hotel feel like a home. The breakfast as well was fantastic and we looked forward to it every day!

Our room didn't get any sunlight which was unfortunate and a little jarring at first, but it was easy to get over and we didn't spend a lot of the daylight hours in the room.

This is my 2nd stay with the hotel. Gained good experience and all staff are friendly and helpful. They are always on smiley face and offer helps to hotel guests. Same for the powerful and friendly lady who worked at breakfast counter to serve all hotel guests!

The staff at the reception made the stay very special. They were so courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. They'd go out of their way to offer you any form of assistance and made you feel special. My huge thanks and gratitude goes out to Sophie, Anna, and Vivien.

The rooms were clean, the location was excellent, and all the staff were fabulous.

We got free upgrade to the room with terrace balcony. Staff is very nice, greeting us everytime we passby the reception. Room is big and comfortable.

Breakfast is average with limited items. We arrived early at 5am from Sapa and they only had a small toilet in level 1 for use.

The service was great. The people really looked at what you wanted. They were really helpful with getting us a grab, booking our tours with us and so on. When we wanted to go to Sapa and we wanted to stay with them afterwards for a few more days, it was no problem. They even told us we could leave our luggage with them when we would go to Sapa for a night.

The hotel is nice and clean, the location is great in the Old town. The hotel is peaceful unlike the nosiy street. The staff is kind, nice and helpful.

We spent there our last night in Vietnam, and we wanted to end the trip with a nice place to stay, and because of it we picked this hotel. I have to say that the photos of the rooms don’t exactly respond the reality. Rooms are quite small, and even if I noted in the order and told to the staff, before the check in, that we want a room with a window, we got rooms without the windows, just with an aperture to the shaft connected to other rooms (carrying the noise of other rooms) with a comment that this is the window. Otherwise hotel place the photos of a fancy rooftop bar what was closed in the time of our stay.

Great location our room 901 was on the top floor and from our balcony we had great city views as well as a view of the lake. I don’t know why they don’t provide face cloths. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff we helpful
