The location is perfect - it is literally 200m from the lake and main attraction points on it. The streets of Hanoi old town are an attraction themselves: crowds, bikes, street food, festive decorations for new year - all is here. The room was spacious: we had a triple which was absolutely perfect for a family with one teenager kid. Food selection for breakfast is very limited, but the surrounding is full of restaurants with traditional Vietnamese dishes or adapted cuisine for tourists. The main advantage of the hotel is definitely miss Lily - one can really find a hotel manager of such hospitality and great caring. Lily helped us to arrange a cruise to Ha Long Bay and with all transfers, restaurants and further destinations bookings. A terrace overlooking the lake allowed to watch a he drone show from our room

There is practically no space between the bed and the door to the bathroom - complicated access to the bathroom.

We chose this hotel for its high ratings and location. For this trip, we stayed in this hotel 3 times (on arrival, night before departure, and in between multi-day tours to Ninh Binh and Ban Gioc+Babe. It has a very good location in the old town, one block from the lake, surrounded by food & shopping. We were able to sleep soundly. As regards room size, it was squeezy with 2 beds but we chose this with full knowledge. Hotel room is clean and functions as it should. Hotel staff were friendly and provided good and efficient service. Lily at checkin speaks good English. We got great recommendations from her on places to change money for better rates, massage, hair salon and western style modern shopping center. For breakfast, there is mix of hot and cold food, Vietnamese and western food. On days we had early tour pickups, even though breakfast starts at 6.30am, we were not stopped from entering the dining room at 6.20am and eating whatever is ready. Kitchen and wait staff were understanding, accommodating and friendly. Hotel has affordable car transfer to the airport.

Water drain off from floor trap is slow.

Great location near Hoam Kiem lake. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was good. We had a small leak in the bathroom and the staff fixed it within minutes. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel is located in the perfect place for visiting the chaotic Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is working properly in the rooms (in August this is a must in Vietnam). Breakfast on top terrace is well assorted. During our stay in Vietnam we went there 3 times and felt always welcomed. Lily especially is a wonderful lady that helps you in any way. She reserved for us the train to Sapa, the Halong Bay Cruise and different transfers and was always taking care of us through WhatsApp. I highly recommend this hotel. Good ratio quality/price for a 3 star hotel in Hanoi.

The hotel is in the middle of high-end shops and traditional open-air markets, an easy walk to the old quater -36 old streets. Nice rooms, and a great staff who are attentive to every detail and ready to help arrange transportation to airport. Package tour to Halong - Sapa- Tamcoc has very good price and super nice and amazing! Everything is well arranged and take care by Ms Lily and her staff.

just got back from my stay here, and it was a great experience. The location is ideal, right near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious with a nice city view, which made relaxing there even better. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was solid, especially the pho. If you're heading to Hanoi, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Location was amazing - so close to the lake, shopping and great food. New years was very busy and so close to the action but still super quiet inside when the windows were closed. Aircon worked perfectly. Everything was as advertised and great for the price. Breakfast was order a cooked component (eg. Eggs) and small but sufficient buffet. Staff at breakfast super lovely and engaged with the kids. Lilli at reception was so helpful organising our private transfers to Ha Long bay and both directions went smoothly.

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter. We had a very bright corner family room on the 9th floor, which was fine for us. The hotel has a rooftop area where breakfast is served. They have a range of fruit and other savoury dishes. Many dishes were lukewarm at the time we had breakfast, but they can also make fresh omelettes for you. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast buffet could be a bit hotter.

Lily at the hotel was amazing. She organised all our tours, airport transfers, a few pick ups and drop offs and a driver for the day to cater for a large group. The location was fantastic with plenty of shops around the area. A very short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which was full of activities at sunrise and a great walk around the lake. An added bonus was free breakfast!

Our room was clean, specious with a lovely balcony. The lake view was amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent and surrounded by everything we needed as shops, restaurants, cafes and a great massage place. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
