Great location - it's walkable to all the tourist spots. Good price comes together with daily breakfast that's excellent. Our room's just a little bit small as we chose the cheapest double room for two, but it's well-furnished. They have great Pho in the breakfast menu, their hot broth is brilliant. We've tried Pho at other hotels and this hotel is the best ever. The front desk and the restaurant staffs are fabulous. They always smile and help us with everything. Would definitely recommend Aquarius Grand Hotel because of its great location, staffs and services!

Yen has been so kind and helpful. She helped us with Halong tour booking and plane tickets to Da nang as we couldn’t process the ticketing online with our card. Our room is large, in front side and has a view. We saw a squirrel climbing and jumping on the tree right in front of our view. The hotel said that this squirrel has been in this street for quite a long time, climbing and jumping through the trees here. Wow it’s amazing. Hotel location is also a great point, right in the old town within only 2 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake. Food and drinks are all around here. Egg coffee just across the street and it tasted nice!

We've been upgraded to Deluxe family room with windows due to overbooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They refilled all the amenities and water even we had two days away. The location is perfect in the old quarter surrounded by shops famous cafés & restaurants, close to everything you need. The will be picked up if you booked a day trip.

The hotel upgrade us to a higher level room by removed our free breakfast due to they overbooked themselves. We agreed to the deal as we wanted to try local food anyway.

The staff are all caring and exceptional people, the location is very close to the lake, the Night Market and all the many Hanoi attractions. Helped us book an overnight boat cruise through Ha Long Bay and recommend nearby restaurants. Great location in the character Old Quarter, comfy bed in a cozy room, clean bathroom and a great fresh breakfast made each morning. Loved it here!!

The staff were exceeding friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Our airport transfers and tours were efficiently arranged and communication with the hotel before arrival was easy and effective. The bedroom was functional and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety including fresh local fruits. The hotel room was well glazed and therefore quiet enough despite overlooking the street. We liked the location ,plenty of local restaurants and cafes , and great for exploring to old quarter on foot.

I booked this place because it was close to where my bus from Sapa arrived, but it turned out to be an amazing choice. Not the cheapest place to stay in the area but the staff are very attentive, speak great English and very informative. Breakfast was included in the booking, with a standard buffet as well as cooked-on-order options. The room was very nice, bigger than expected with the largest bed I've ever seen. Super clean, with a fridge and minibar.

The staff is awesome, very friendly, professional and eager to help. They will lend you a hand with whatever thing you need. The location is excellent, right next to the main lake and old quarter and the breakfast, although simple, really good. Overall this hotel is a great value for the price

The elevator dings on arrival to the floor and, being the bedroom doors uninsulated, you will hear in the morning when the staff starts cleaning up and other guests wake up. The mattress falls on the soft side

The location and the homy family service feeling . Thank you esp to Phuong and the front desk who helped us in every need . They upgraded us to a better room when there was a power outage , advanced money for on line delivery , .everything we needed . The rooms were contemporary , spacious , spotless could not ask for more and located in the best spot next to All the action but very quiet at night .
