centrally located in Old Quarter, Hanoi which meant all attractions are within 5-10min walking distance from the hotel! Also included in the package was the wonderful breakfast, platters filled with seasonal fruit as well as a hot meal which you can order from the local staff. The staff are friendly and helpful. Linh, hotel receptionist, made my stay 15/10. She arranged all the tours I needed to do whilst in Hanoi, one less thing to worry over when on vacation 😊, plus gave great recommendations restaurants and cafes in the area which is always helpful for foodies like me!

The location was central. 5 min walk to Hanoi center and night market, 3 min to Lake, 5 min to food lane. Loads of travel agents / money exchange around 5 min walk. The double room was big. Our room was on the 6th floor so the aircon was not very effective, but the hotel staff provided us with a fan so the issue was solved. Breakfast was yummy. I don't remember the name of the cook / chef, but he was a really good cook. Prepared breakfast as per our requirement (part of us travelers were vegetarian) The Indian restaurant was just a 1 min walk.

Small bathrooms with no exhaust fan. The rooms were very very basic but the bed was very comfortable.

The triple room that I booked is perfect for a group of 3, and is overall clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and helpful to the customers. They helped to arrange airport taxi for us on our final day in Hanoi. The hotel offers good breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect, we could get to many attractions and delicious eateries easily from our hotel.

Some facilities, such as the shower heater, is sometimes unreliable and could have been better. But the reliability issues are mostly small, overall we had a great stay in our room.

The staff was so helpful, especially Linh she helped us out of the box and made us so comfortable about the city and also told us about shopping and all the best places. Even she helped us book our tour for Ha long bay it was such a great experience. Also special thanks to the chief(Dang) house keeping Lily and Lucas( night receptionist) who helped us guide for night views. And at last the rooms were clean and the location is perfect with all amenities nearby you would love to stay here.

We booked this about an hour before we arrived as our accommodation we had booked, let us down super last minute. The staff were very friendly and helped with tour information.

Was a little bit noisy at night and must have been a karaoke bar or something over the road. We had some ear plugs though so they helped and Hanoi overall is generally a loud busy place.

The concierges Linh and Lucca are charming, very nice and helpful people. They pointed us all the places of interest in Hanoi, where to eat and to exchange money. The staff cleaned the room and changed towels daily. The location is unbeatable, 3 blocks from the lake and stores, full of places to eat. Great breakfast too!!!

First room had no windows. The TV did not work and most of the plugs were broken.

Stayed for 4 days, this hotel is at the heart of the city and almost every tourist attraction is walk away, the exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff, Ms.Linh, she understands your travel requirement precisely and suggest you itineraries. take her help for the authentic Hanoi experience, she takes utmost pride in explaining things, all the staffs were good.

The decoration of the room and hotel were nice. The receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic to help me. Location of the hotel was near to famous places in Old quarter.

The noise often appeared at night when the tourists next door opened or closed the door. It made me often wake up and could not sleep well.

The staff are very polite and friendly. Good location, where you can shop and eat around the hotel. If you are a budget traveller, I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay at Hanoi Sisters. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast menu was quite diverse and everything was very tasty. The location is quite central, with a lot of sights, restaurants and shops in close walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
