I liked all their services. especially the front desk staff are too good. I appreciate Julie for her knowledge and quick response on booking the Travels around Hanoi. Kudos to Julie.

When booking this hotel on my master credit card, this has taken my PIN and it showed in my bank that the amount was deducted. However, at the hotel I was asked to pay the money as the hotel front desk told that they never take pre-payments. I have payed the amount but my bank has deduction listed. This makes me to pay double. I have posted this message to booking.com but I did not get any response nor this was looked into for a resolution. Where this money went by? I am not sure if this was booking.com's mistake or hotel's mistake. However, expecting some answer from either of them. This was my bad experience with booking.com.

Very good location, friendly staff that spoke English very well and very comfortable and clean room.

Only thing that would’ve made it better was if it was quiet, advertised sound proofing but our room faced the street and seemed to be split in the windows facing the street so was a little noisy. Hard to complain about this place, it was pretty good value for money considering the location and the friendliness of the staff 🥰

Very convenient location for tourists spot. Very helpful nature of the staff. Healthy and very hygienic breakfast. Shopping night life street is on walkable distance. Rooms are convenient for two people accommodation. Room was very neat and very clean. All the routine made facilities was available in the room. You feel pleasant and worth it stay on your budget. Nothing special but charging point should be available near bed. Electric socket should be available near table for tea maker.We couldn’t found in room number 601.

The place is very close to attractions. The staff are nice and accommodating, they even gave us a map and explained to us the attractions that are nearby and the restaurant that we can try around the hotel. There was breakfast included that we really enjoyed too.

Nothing, but I'm not sure though if it was just really hot on our first day and the aircon seems not that cold that time. But they lent us electric fans that we only use on the first night because it was cold the following night.

This hotel is just amazing, the stuff is really nice, we have to stay in Hanoi few weeks because of illness and this is really good hotel we chose. We know all of the stuff now , so I can say that they are amazing people with a good heart🙂. Hotel is two minutes from lake , five minutes from night market. WiFi is ok and everything is clean and nice. We had room in the 5 floor with 2 big windows to the street.

My bedroom was clean and comfortable, and quite large. Bathroom was modern and well maintained. All of the lights and electrical outlets were safe and worked. The location is good, central, and surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, and on the edge of the old quarter of HaNoi. Breakfast was provided and was very good, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and bacon and eggs cooked to order if you wish. This is a good little hotel and good value for money. One thing that I really did like is that they have a reception desk open at all times, and there is always someone available to help you if necessary

1. Excellent location. You can just step out and then you are in the middle of Street life. We enjoyed that. Lot of cafe, restaurant shops, massage parlour, weekend night market, Beer street, Water Puppet Theatre etc all around this, just walking distance only. 2. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast timing is 7 to 9 and they were so nice that on our day tour to other part of Vietnam by bus, they even told to take breakfast in take away box as the bus is coming early. Menu was excellent. Coffee, 👌. 3. Linyc, the Charge Manager. Am not so sure about the spelling of her name. She was so nice, very helpful, speak good English. She arranged for us a one day tour. Also helped us to book Bike Taxi. Very pleasing and smiling. The tour guide she arranged was so good that we love to get him in our next visit to Vietnam. His name is Maw.

Located at the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter, the property is located near to the most of the tourist and food spots the city has the offer. The price of the property is cheap, and you get what you pay for (basic things like bed, bathroom, and wi-fi). The property also offers other services. I only availed of the laundry services, which was pretty fast. Also, the staff are very friendly (special mention to the girls at the reception) - always a smile on their face and highly accommodating to questions/requests. They can also carry a conversion, if you want to know more about Hanoi or Vietnam.

The bathroom could use some improvement. Perhaps put holders inside the shower to put stuff like shampoo and soap to make showering a bit more convenient.

Everyone in the staff were great. Julie is very helpful and a friendly person. The hotel rooms are very clean and have all the necessary equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff clean everyday even if you are not in the room. So it feels great to see everything organized after coming back tired from activities. Last but not the least, the breakfast is WONDERFUL ❤️

Really nice rooms, with tv and some free water/coffee as well. The staff were so friendly and made me feel really safe staying there, especially as a solo traveller. The staff also speak amazing English. They offer luggage storage, laundry services and a taxi to the airport too. Ive stayed here on 3 separate occasions during my trip in Hanoi, and its a favourite!
