Amazing hotel with friendly staff and excellent pool and gym facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful. My boyfriend and I were in Hanoi for my birthday, and the staff even prepared a surprise present in our room upon arrival. A special thanks to the receptionists, Haley and Alice, who were both incredibly helpful in planning our trip to the Ha Giang Loop. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, I highly recommend this hotel.

As expected at this level, the room and facilities were clean and premium. The pool was big enough to do some proper swimming. But that isn't what set this hotel apart, here the highlight of this hotel is how great the staff was. Absolute lovely people. A very kind young woman helped me a lot with joining a great tour to Ninh Binh last minute when many were full. A young man helping me find some dinner late at night, and a strong, hard-working young guy carried my bags to the bus stop even though I said I could do it myself. All other staff was nice too.

When I was there, there was no lunch/dinner and no skybar. But I was there around Lunar new year so maybe it was temporarily closed. However, there was a big tasty breakfast buffet in the morning and they have suggestions on where to go.

The staff - particularly Leo and Hayley - were absolutely wonderful. For example, on one occasion I managed to leave my phone in the back of a taxi and, on telling Leo, he got on his motorbike and reunited me with my phone within 20 mins! Leo was also incredibly helpful when it came to booking trips. Hayley was great with local knowledge and always very ready to be of assistance as and when we needed it, going over and above at all times. A mention too for the breakfast which was both incredibly varied and both fresh and tasty. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back.

The location was perfect. very central, all within walking distance to the shops, countless local cafes, restaurants, street food stalls, souvenir shops, etc... Excellent buffet breakfast and service staff; very attentive and very professional. Also special mention to Alice @ Reception Desk & Kelvin @ Concierge, very helpful, always happy to assist, they're highly commendable to the service industry !

This is just a suggestion :- It's a shame the restaurant at the 10th Floor only serves breakfast which is amazing. The view is spectacular! The management should consider opening the space for dinner, perhaps on Thu., Fri. & Sat. evenings, and Sunday brunch ! With proactive promotions/publicity on social medias, it should stir up interests amongst locals & tourists alike and generate more F&B revenue streams ! Just a suggestion..... :)

The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Old Quarter, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is diverse with many options, but the breakfast area is on the rooftop, which gets extremely hot—especially during the summer. To reach the restaurant, you need to walk up two floors, so elderly guests should take that into consideration. There was also a lot of noise due to renovation work at a neighboring building. This wasn’t mentioned on Booking, but to be fair, most hotels don’t disclose noise issues, so I understand. The hotel room is quite old and outdated. The towels looked very worn and discolored, no longer the clean white you would expect. However, the mattress was very comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. My husband had an incident, and the staff were extremely helpful even though it was late at night. All of the staff were warm and welcoming every time we entered or left the hotel. A special thank you to Jimmy—he went above and beyond to help my husband, and I would give him 10 out of 10 for his kindness and professionalism. Also, thank you to the female manager who supported me a lot during our trip to Sapa. While the hotel isn’t perfect in terms of facilities and quality, the staff truly made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming

The hotel is great overall! The location is perfect for any type of visit you need, close to all the major attractions and easily reachable. The room and bathroom are really nice and clean, it has all you need really. The staff are really friendly and helpful if you need something or if they can help you in an additional way they will do their best to assist. In general they have a lot of small details really thought out to anticipate any need you might have. Umbrellas, they have them if you need, extra tea in your room, wanna shower after check out, they can help.

Nothing really, the only thing I can think of is that the breakfast could be served a bit later. For us that like to sleep in.

Location - In the prime location in the Old Quarter, the most interesting places including the lake, the bustling nightlife, the train street, everything is a walk away. Really brilliant location. Service - The staff is super friendly and super helpful. I have not experienced such helpful staff too many times before. Food - The breakfast spread and quality was really satisfying. Tours - The tours that I bought through this hotel were high quality and really value for money. The staff helped me choose the right ones as per my schedule and preferences.

Hotel was in a good location within easy walking distance to beer street and the lake. Plenty of coffee shops, eateries and shops everywhere. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, extremely helpful Breakfast was nice, on the top floor with great views over the city. Pool small but nice too. I would recommend this hotel.

Pictures always make a place look better than it is so always bear that in mind. I would recommend if you can afford to upgrade to a room with window or balcony just to have a bit more light and air in your room. We ended up upgrading and were much happier in room with a window. As with most hotels around the area they tend to have a bar, restaurant and pool at top of hotel. Lift doesn’t usually go up to these areas so bear in mind you will need to use the steps. Fine for us but some might struggle.

The location is fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The pool is undercover but you also have the option of sunbaking on the roof, if you need to take a break from sightseeing! It’s close to the lake and all of the action of Hanoi, very accessible to beer st, old quarter, etc. The buffet breakfast had a great selection to get you started for the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

If you’re on a budget, you can possibly find a bit cheaper but if you want access to a pool to escape the heat for a bit, then this is great value for money.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Hanoi, this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Hanoi’s top attractions. The amenities were top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. One highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. The variety, quality, and freshness of the dishes made for a perfect start to each day. If you’re looking for a hotel in Hanoi that combines great location, exceptional amenities, and outstanding service, this is the one to book. I can’t wait to return!
