Staff were lovely generally and let us stay for a few hours for free whilst we waited for our sleeper bus. Room a decent size and aircon worked pretty well. Hot shower.

Room was right by reception meaning there was noise 24/7 which became a bit annoying. Staff, especially the lady, on reception were constantly trying to sell us stuff which became annoying. Staff in general were a bit overbearing but they meant well. This place would’ve been great but my recommendation to the hotel is to just chill out a little bit and not try to sell tours etc so often. It will make your guests stays much more pleasant.

The hotel staff Rosie, reached me over WA with all necessary details once my booking is confirmed. They have arranged Airport pick up and drop, helped me with Forex & further on tour package and planning my days. the rooms are neat and clean and best value for money spent hence I don't have any concern. I needed to log in to my MacBook, but the table was not available. the receptionist moved me to a different room which was more spacious so I could manage with what they got. The staff is very professional and trained to manage tourists. so it is like a one stop shop experience. They have laundry service at very affordable rates as well.

The property was well maintained, clean, organized, safe and perfectly located! The employees bob is excelentes. The employee Bob and the receptionists are excellent. They kept an eye on me and organized my taxis. The pink employee received me excellently, she explained everything to me, she organized my tour, gave a welcome cocktail, they accompanied me to my room, they loaded my suitcases, they asked me how everything was the next day, at the end of the stay she contacted me again to find out that everything was fine.... Everything was excellent

I had great time in Valley hotel, the room was nice and spacious, hotel so close Hoankiem lake, ms Tracey took good care for my family and arranged the memorial trip for my family with Dora cruise, thank you so much for the comfortable and memorable time…

The location of the hotel is great. There are so many eateries around. Rosa was very helpful even before we check in as she answered all our questions and help us book the tour we needed. And she even gave us 20% discount for the tours. Linn also was very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back again here if given the chance.

Sure, the building wears its years proudly – a little chipped paint here, a squeaky stair there – but hey, so does all of Old Hanoi! It's part of the charm. If you're here for luxury marble lobbies and infinity pools, there’s always the Hanoi Hilton. But if you want authentic, warm hospitality in the thick of the action, this is your spot.

For me customer service is everything! Valley Hotel & Travel offered us an excellent customer service. Mr Louis has been very helpful to me and my friends to help us navigate Hanoi, and enjoyed our stay here. I am so grateful for the excellent service Mr Louis has provided me and my friends. Our stay has been such a memorable one. Vietnam is such beautiful place, and even made wonderful with the nicest people we met along the way out trip, especially having the best customer service from the Valley Hotel. The area where Valley Hotel and Travel is situated is so perfect for us. We were able to go around and get all the last minute necessities. We enjoyed all the activities that Mr Louis suggested for us. The Grand Megaworld, Ninh Binh, and the Ha Long Bay. It was all a fantastic experience for me and my friends. I liked theblocation, being positioned in the heart of the Old Quarter. If you are not too picky and just look for a place to sleep this is a good space.

My room was 8th floor and the elevator is only up to 6th floor but it was not a major problem. If you carry a big trolley maybe you should precisely ask in advance about the floor and elevator. The room was overall quiet, although I could hear my "neighbors" water heating machine while taking shower. As long as you synchronize sleeping time it won't be a problem.
