Great hotel in central location. Close to tourist sites, hot spots and eateries. Looks and feels luxurious. Great value for money. Would book again if in Hanoi.

The only little downside is the 3-4 steps upto/ down to elevator. Would be a little inconvenient for the elderly etc. Not a problem for our group but it’s a possible downside.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and good service. They gave us upgrade room. The location is totally perfect for traveling Hanoi city center. All spots are close.

Restaurant is only 4 seats for the breakfast that's way some times we needs a wait for somebody finish. Also meals menu is not a enough. Only 2 staff in the kitchen. Some plates are the empty but no supply. I needed ask for it. Also elevator is g to 6th floor only. If your room upper from 6th, you need use steps with luggage. Then, towel was clean but that towels some times too smells perfume, break, gets the coloring I'm not sure perfect clean was it. In the room there is no tissues. I think only that's it. Anyither priority staffs (location, price, service)was perfect.

Staff were excellent, spoke English well, were friendly, honest and reliable. 24 hour staff. Rooms were serviced every day. Water included daily. Front desk changed money at excellent rates of conversion. Good choices for smorgasbord breakfast. Great location near all the night markets. Quiet room. Many street food stalls close and handy. Easy access to all forms of transport. Used GRAB exclusively to ensure price known before leaving. The street it is on is very busy during the day till 11pm, but our room was very QUIET. We received a very early breakfast as we had a 5am depart.

Nothing to be bothered with.

The room is big enough for couples and same for families. Breakfast is delicious with Pho, breads and fruits. The hotel is just a right a corner from the walking street. Even at weekends, you are still be able to book a taxi, not afraid of being road blocked because of the walking street. You can walk into the Hanoi Ancient Town from the hotel to discover yourself. Other famous places are also quite near for you to choose.

The soundproof walls are not too good. You can here the sound coming from the stairs, footsteps quite clearly, especially at night.

Super friendly staff from reception to catering staff for breakfast. We felt comfortable straight away when we arrived early morning. They offered even coffee and breakfast to us Fantastic location in the old quarter we walked everywhere. Easy car ride from the airport about 40 minutes. Great laundry service. Decor a bit dated but super clean and we had a big room. Would recommend for Hanoi stay.

Nothing but if you can't walk stairs let them know in advance as the lift only goes to the 6th floor and some rooms are on 7 and 8

Love the location. Walking distance to many places (near hoan kiem lake, train street, puppet theatre and the state bank of Vietnam to catch VinBus to k-town/grand world. Laundry service available. Room is quiet and AC worked perfectly. My family had room all 3 rooms on the 6th floor. Room was large and spacious and was able to fit 3 checked luggage’s with enough room to walk. Bathroom/shower was clean and had hot water quickly.

The breakfast room is small and limited seats. Breakfast (pho noodle, fried Eggs) officially serves at 6:45-7am-10am. There is steps to the elevator and is also small space. Need to walk few steps up or down to your floor.

We stayed at 'Hanoi Kingly Hotel' for 5 nights. It is situated at a convenient location in the Hanoi Old Quarter, hence accessibility to the attractions is very easy. The receptionist was welcoming & the check-in process was smooth. The Standard Double Room we booked was on an upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was spacious and had good lighting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a few cupboards, an electric kettle & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Water bottles were also provided. The kitchen area was situated inside the room. There were no cooking pans, hence we had to ask caretakers to provide them. The kitchen utensils we tried were functional without an issue. The breakfast was a basic one, but it was good and served the purpose. Laundry service was also available and the charges were very reasonable (per kg). We arranged a Halong Bay tour through Mr. Mark and it was good too. As a result, a complimentary airport dropoff was arranged through the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay in Hanoi.

The location is superb and the staff, they are all accommodating and helpful. They can also arrange airport transfers in additional cost. Tours are also available and you will get discounted rates. All known cafes are walking distance along with Hoan Kiem Lake. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Since they are in old quarter, expect that the breakfast area is not spacious. However, food is tasty especially Pho. Overall, service and my stay is absolutely fantastic.

The hotel staff controlled any damage and our room was upgraded. There are cafés, restaurants, massage centres everything in close proximity, and at the same time at safe distance from crowded places so we can sleep peacefully.
