Hotel Interiors, Rooms, Staff, Food & Bar services and its location everything was awesome. Met few extra-ordinary staff who actually serve their guest beyond the expectation. I really appreciate the support and kind gesture shown by Ms Rose to make my stay comfortable with her team Vi. And one more staff, named Lyn, her friendly behaviour really took my heart. It was not overly said if I say this hotel really understand what does the mean if you are hosting some guest stay in your Hotel. Nonetheless, the location of hotel is excellent to see the Old city of Hanoi. Food, Spa, Shopping, sightseeing, the lovely vibes about this old city, I loved everything during my stay here.

Quan was exceptional! He was very welcoming and helped us to arrange our plans from Hanoi. The room was clean and tidy and a good size - we stayed for 2 nights and had no issues with the hotel at all. It was within walking distance from all major attractions and a very good location in general.

The rooftop bar was noisy but not too bad for us - we stayed in room 405 so had a few floors between us and the bar but we could still hear the music. This was the only thing we didn't like, everything else was great!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at La Sinfonía Del Rey because of its fabulous location on the banks of Hoan Kiem lake and its closeness to the old quarter. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bed is super comfy with a high standard of bed linen. It offers an excellent choice of western and Asian foods at breakfast and the restaurant food is outstanding too. The awesome skybar must offer one of the best views in Hanoi. The level of service is second to none from the concierge on the door; to check in; the restaurant and bar staff; and even housekeeping - they all can’t do enough to make your stay special and always with courtesy and a smile 😊 there are too many people to name but I will give a special mention two amazing members of staff nam Nguyen and Tràng Nguyen who provide an unparalleled level of service excellence. Hot water in the shower could be a bit hit & miss

Beautiful location. Room is well played out and windows soundproofed. This is key as there was loud evening music each night from either the street or the roof. Bonus: the loud stops at just around 10:30pm. Beds are firm, which is great in humid weather Linens are clean and of great quality. Pillows were great. Room since was great. I agree with other folks the room does not have a lot of space to open a larger luggage, but it does have closet space. Shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Breakfast buffet each morning was lovely. The fruit and water each day was a nice touch The staff, though, really go beyond to make your adventures happen and a reasonable commission over what you would find on GYG. As a solo traveler having a beautiful oasis that was safe and comfortable was phenomenal.

Everything about our stay here was great. A very warm welcome from staff, including complimentary fruit in the room which was a nice touch. Very comfortable and well designed rooms. Plenty of lifts and a lovely restaurant and arguably the best rooftop bar in all of Hanoi. Top marks for location too - close to everything and the lake has a great atmosphere. One staff member, Nam, shared with me a list of his favourite places in Hanoi that we found really useful. Have stayed elsewhere in Hanoi since and enjoyed my stay here much more.

During ‘happy hour’ at the rooftop bar we ordered some drinks using our complimentary voucher from the hotel. We were not told until after we had our drinks that we could not use both the voucher and the happy hour discount which would’ve been great to know beforehand as this would’ve changed our order. That being said, a complimentary drinks voucher is a really nice touch!

I rarely write reviews, but i must call out the outstanding service at La Sinfonia! I have never received such impeccable service at any hotel i've stayed in. We only stayed for 1 night, yet all the staff took the time to make sure we were comfortable. When the staff learnt we had a late night train to Sapa, they let us use the shower even after we had checked out, and even gave us lucky keychains when we left. The room was very stylish, there was a very sweet handwritten note on our table too. All these personal touches really made our day, and we were really sad to check out. Will definitely be back if we visit Vietnam again :)

"Delicious breakfast with a stunning view!" I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast at La Sinfonia. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and offered a great variety. What made the experience even more special was the beautiful setting — a serene and scenic view that made for the perfect start to the day. Attentive service and friendly staff added a warm touch to an already memorable morning.

Nothing major – just note that the hotel is located in the Old Quarter, so access by car can be a bit tricky. However, the staff is extremely helpful and always ready to escort guests to the nearest pickup point, which is a big plus

Location is wonderful! In the edge of old town - walking distance to everything. On the weekends the streets in front become pedestrian only which is great! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. We had drinks and apps one evening which were delicious too! I had 2 massages which were great! My massage person even came in early so that I could have the same treatment person two days in a row! Sauna and steam were very nice in cool rainy day too. Our room was very nice but a bit small with limited luggage space. The biggest opportunity I would say is for a brighter bathroom with more space for toiletries and a refrigerator that actually cools. But all in all it's a great place with good mgmt, clean comfy rooms and wonderful spa and superb location!

This is THE PLACE to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Great location, beautiful hotel, gracious and attentive staff, incredible rooftop bar, great breakfast, and support for all your activities and outings. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We were there for Christmas and enjoyed an incredibly special 6 course meal at the restaurant for Christmas Eve - they even brought a magician to perform during the meal. He was Vegas-level of performer! Great show, amazing food, made the holiday super special for us. All the staff were attentive and ensuring we had what we needed. Their constant efforts made the stay such a great experience. Will definitely stay here again when in Hanoi!
