My stay at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel was very good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of my experience was booking a 5-day organized tour through the accommodation, covering Puluong, Ninh Binh, and Halong Bay. the trip was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable!

The hospitality at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and welcome of the staff. Senila, one of the receptionists, gave me an excellent introduction to the area and a guide to local places of interest which was a great source of help for planning my time. The hotel staff were always there to assist, checking in with my plans, and helping me check the opening times of places I wanted to visit.

Sometimes, the street noise was a little too audible from the 2nd floor in the room I stayed. Though I did choose a room with a balcony view that opened out onto the street.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, thanks especially to Rosie and Jessica! Their caring and personal touch made our visit truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality stood out, making us feel so welcomed. They went above and beyond by even messaging us the next day to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination – such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend staying here! If we could suggest one tiny improvement, it would be offering more coffee options. The Vietnamese coffee provided was delicious but a bit strong for our taste.

Staff were fantastic, very polite and friendly. They were very helpful and had lots of great recommendations for restaurants, they helped us book excursions. It was very central and we could walk to everywhere in the city. Breakfast was great, a good range of buffet items and omelettes, pancakes and pho to order.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Eliana Signature Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter from October 8 to October 11, 2024, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. Thanh Tran, Tien Pham, and two lovely young ladies whose names I regret not catching, were exceptional, providing impeccable service with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Every time they saw us, they greeted us with genuine smiles and took the time to engage in friendly conversations, asking about our day and sharing wonderful local recommendations. Whether it was suggesting the best local restaurants, guiding us on shopping spots, or offering valuable safety tips, their thoughtfulness truly stood out. The hotel itself is a rare find, located on Lo Su Street, just a short walking distance to the beautiful Sword Lake. While it is a smaller property (understandable given its prime location in the heart of the Old Quarter), the service and experience rival that of many four-star hotels. The rooms are clean, with tasteful decorations, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi. I highly recommend the Eliana Signature Hotel to anyone visiting the area. With its outstanding service and excellent location, it truly offers a home away from home.

Location was great! It's on the outer part of the Old Quarter, but a short stroll to great food and drinks. It makes for a more peaceful morning and evening compared to the heart of the district. The family room we had was fantastic, as the space and themed furnishings were wonderful for our family of 4. We could really stretch out, relax and enjoy our time in the room. The staff were truly wonderful, as they were so helpful and attentive. We also wanted to stay and extra night due to blast minute planning, however they were fully booked. As such, when we needed to relocate to another hotel down the road, the staff were so supportive and even helped us with moving all our luggage over. They did not need to do this, but it made the end lovely experience. Breakfast was a delight with a great spread of buffet and a la carte offerings.

We had two rooms, and whilst the family room was great, the twin room was less so. It did not have a window, was tight in space and the air con was mediocre, making it a little stuffy. The air con in the family room worked great, but it was a little noisy at night. The showers were nice, but we could not control the water temperature to a cool setting (either warm or hot), which for early summer, was ok for us.

True to how they pride themselves with warm hospitality! - from arrival(late @ midnight) till the time we departed(stayed 3 days) highlighting the front desk staff customer service mngr JOY, receptionist Jessica, restaurant personnel Sarah, Trang Attention to needs and always had the ready smile to serve (with patience) - value for money accomodation, comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated to the vibe of vietnam 🇻🇳 - the type of experience we had make us want to come back again in Hanoi ( also will promote it to our adult children , family & friends) - the tour organised by the front desk- excellent - brilliant location central to areas we have visited eg the lake, markets etc

Hard to think what we didn't like

The hotel is in a central position. The rooms (I stayed in a Deluxe room and, during the last days, in a Suite Executive room) are clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom comes with a big shower! Breakfast is good and satisfying with Vietnamese dishes. They also offer English breakfast. What I liked the most was the staff, Salina, Rosie, Jane etc. are very helpful, supportive and caring. A special thanks go to Selina who cuddled me from the moment I entered the hotel. She helped me with everything from silly matters to more important issues❤️

TV must feature more international channels, but it was not a real issue.

I paid more to book an interior window room, which I assumed would still be a window to the outdoors (ie fresh and air and sunlight). However the window was to an interior air shaft, that had no actual connection to outside. I was really disappointed, as this was the most expensive stay of my trip and was chosen specifically as a nice end to our honeymoon. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and upgraded us free of charge to a room with windows, but only for the second night of our two night stay. The second room was much larger and had a window - this was the sort of room I was expecting, as the window faced other buildings as opposed to out on the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was very good, but it's a bit pricey (especially to get a room with a window) compared to homestays in the area.

The staff at Eliana were the best I have come across when travelling. From a warm welcome from Celina, introduction to the area, what to see and avoid, to Jane arranging a tour not on the list (coffee tasting tour was exceptional!), to a fresh fruit hamper in my room. All of the staff were welcoming every time you came back, making you feel safe and secure, even as a solo traveller. Additional services like laundry were great, the included breakfast had good variety and the restaurant had fresh and tasty options. I would come back again.

Wifi only worked for me in the restaurant The restaurant requires you to go up a flight of stairs so be mindful if this is an issue The rooms are small, but booking one with city views/windows was perfect. Yes, there is a small amount of traffic noise but you are in the city! The rooms were clean, but not spotless.
