My stay at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel was very good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of my experience was booking a 5-day organized tour through the accommodation, covering Puluong, Ninh Binh, and Halong Bay. the trip was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable!

The hospitality at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and welcome of the staff. Senila, one of the receptionists, gave me an excellent introduction to the area and a guide to local places of interest which was a great source of help for planning my time. The hotel staff were always there to assist, checking in with my plans, and helping me check the opening times of places I wanted to visit.

Sometimes, the street noise was a little too audible from the 2nd floor in the room I stayed. Though I did choose a room with a balcony view that opened out onto the street.

The staff were lovely, always greeting me with a smile and knowing me by name. The location was fantastic, close to everything around old quarter with lots of food choices nearby. Room was really comfortable and AC kept the heat at bay. They were happy for me to leave my large suitcase there while I left for ha long bay and was very helpful in giving suggestions for local eateries :) will definitely recommend to family and friends

Close to the main road so there's some traffic noise which was unavoidable and uncontrollable by the staff but everything else really outweighed this one tiny flaw.

They went above and beyond by even messaging us the next day to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination – such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. If we could suggest one tiny improvement, it would be offering more coffee options. The Vietnamese coffee provided was delicious but a bit strong for our taste.

I had the best stay at Eliana Signature. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable (sorry I didn't take any pictures). From the moment I arrived, I was so warmly welcomed by the staff, and I could see they truly care about their guests. They remembered my name, made great, honest recommendations, provided a very detailed information sheet, and even helped me prepare for my activities (e.g., making sure | knew the dress code for certain museums and checking the weather for me). When I was stuck in Hanoi due to flooding and my train was cancelled, they went above and beyond to help. They arranged alternative transportation, and even took me by scooter to the meeting point (after knowing the bus could no longer reach the hotel). The person who took me there (sorry I didn’t catch his name) waited with me in the rain until I safely boarded the bus. All of this happened after I had already checked out. I honestly can't express how much I appreciate everything they did. Thank you so much! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Hanoi. Despite the heat, rain, and flooding, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, all because of you guys!

We had a wonderful stay at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel! The staff were always polite and friendly, greeting us daily and offering helpful info, maps, and great recommendations on tourist spots, cafés, and restaurants. The location is perfect—easy to find and close to the water puppet show, Hoan Kiem Lake, Café Giảng, money changers, and lots of local food spots. The breakfast buffet was amazing with both Hanoi and international options. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner at the hotel. Daily cleaning, laundry service, and luggage storage available. The family room was spacious; the double room a bit tight. Colorful decor reflecting Hanoi life adds charm. There’s a lift, but stairs are needed to access the restaurant.

Only downside: a bit chaotic outside at night, but still felt safe. Would definitely book again!

I had a really good stay here as a solo female traveller. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel also felt safe — I never once felt uneasy, even when returning late in the evening. The location was great too, with plenty of places to explore nearby and easy access to main attractions.

It can get a little noisy at times — you can hear some traffic from the road or the sound of doors closing when other guests return to their rooms — but it wasn’t too bad and didn’t really affect my rest.

Eliana Signature is a really nice hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, just a short walk from the lake—making it a perfect base for exploring the Old Quarter. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. While not very large (as is common in Hanoi), it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Eliana Signature to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Eliana Signature Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter from October 8 to October 11, 2024, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. Thanh Tran, Tien Pham, and two lovely young ladies whose names I regret not catching, were exceptional, providing impeccable service with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Every time they saw us, they greeted us with genuine smiles and took the time to engage in friendly conversations, asking about our day and sharing wonderful local recommendations. Whether it was suggesting the best local restaurants, guiding us on shopping spots, or offering valuable safety tips, their thoughtfulness truly stood out. The hotel itself is a rare find, located on Lo Su Street, just a short walking distance to the beautiful Sword Lake. While it is a smaller property (understandable given its prime location in the heart of the Old Quarter), the service and experience rival that of many four-star hotels. The rooms are clean, with tasteful decorations, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi. I highly recommend the Eliana Signature Hotel to anyone visiting the area. With its outstanding service and excellent location, it truly offers a home away from home.

The staff were extremely helpful from the moment they arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel. They greeted us, with by far, the warmest welcome we have ever received from any hotel we have stayed in. They helped us with our luggage from the car, they gave us a fruit drink whilst they explained our reservation. Additionally, they provided us with a map of the area, with recommendations for places to eat and activities to enjoy during our stay. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated and presented. My wife and adult daughter booked a massage via the hotel, which was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. We also booked 2 excursions via the hotel, which were also excellent. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were helpful, happy, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Their English was also very good. Furthermore, after we left the hotel to stay in another part of Vietnam, Da Nang/Hoi An area, we contacted Eliana staff and they kindly arranged and booked us on an excursion in our new location. Eliana customer service has been the best we have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book to stay again when we return to Vietnam in the future.
