This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting all the important sites of Hanoi. And so close to the beautiful lake and lots of lovely eateries! Apart from the delicious street food, try the delectables at Bread Factory! They are so yum. The staff at E Central are the most lovely I have met in all my travels from south to north in Vietnam. So kind, caring and gracious. They think of everything and genuinely care that you are happy and feel like it is your home away from home. The rooms are so comfortable and the beds are Goldilocks 'just right' haha! Also, I highly recommend the delicious breakfasts - there is plenty of choice to be had! If you want to be spoilt then I can only strongly advocate that you stay here. Many hotels promise a lot but too often fail to deliver and leave one feeling very disappointed - this is NOT one of those hotels.

Very friendly staff, especially Rosie, who took care of us from the very first day. The hotel is in a perfect location — central yet quiet. The rooms are nicely and adequately furnished. Breakfast was also very good, with eggs prepared in various ways according to the menu. The hotel can also arrange a number of trips at very reasonable prices, for example to Ha Long Bay. It was our second hotel in Hanoi, and it was definitely the better one. Highly recommended

The elevator wasn’t working on the first day, but it was quickly fixed. Otherwise, there’s nothing we could complain about.

Everywhere you go in VN the staff are good, but the staff here are exceptional. Read a few reviews before booking here and they mentioned the travel desk here as really good and Lilly in particular. The reviews did not truly give her justice. Best help ever received in everything. Stayed on an additional five days for a total of seven nights thanks to Lilly’s knowledge and professionalism in meeting all our tour needs. Thank you,Lilly.

Hotel well located in the old Quarter close to Hoan Kiem lake. Staff were fabulous - friendly and helpful. Thanks to Dat, Rosie, Hua and the others. Good suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and provided advice and regular updates (not to mention umbrellas) for the approaching typhoon. Good airport shuttle provided. Rooms were a good size, clean and had daily bottled water. Full breakfast provided, with take away packs for days when we had excursions. Staff organised an express laundry service for us on our last day following a trek in Sapa.

Location is so convenient. It's within walking distance to most sightseeing places in Old Quarter. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel staff were very helpful. Helped booked our bus trip to Sapa and also offerred tours if interested. We had a really early morning checkout for a bustrip en route to Sapa. Hotel Manager Lily even had a takeaway breakfast packed for us so we could have it on the bus. Our room wasn't available upon check-in as another family requested for a later checkout. We were upgraded to a bigger room (penthouse) that night.

Property could do with a bit of TLC in terms of maintenance. The blind in one of the bathrooms in the penthouse was stucked so we couldn't shower in there at night. Not a big variety for breakfast, but it's ok for the price paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Ecentral Luxury Hotel! The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city’s main attractions—just a 10-minute walk from Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and several charming cafes and markets. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and feels cozy yet modern. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great spread with both local and Western options—fresh, tasty, and satisfying before a day of sightseeing. A special mention to Rosie, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by arranging a 5-star premium Halong Bay cruise for us at a great deal—it truly became the highlight of our trip. She also shared helpful tips and recommendations that made our Hanoi experience even better. Hoa welcomed us warmly when we arrived and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. And Manh was always around to help with all the little things we needed for room service—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, location, and warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

My stay at Hanoi E Central Hotel has satisfied me beyond any expectation. A special praise goes to the staff of the hotel, especially Rosie, which first welcomed me in Hanoi and gave me so many tips on the area, on what to do and how to move through the enchanting beauty of this chaotic and yet amazing city. Each member of the staff has been kind, professional and dedicated giving special attention to me as well as to each of the guests. The room was clean and beautifully furnished, not to mention the comfort of bed and cushions; tha area Is silent and no noise will trouble your sleep. The breakfast has a wide choice of food, varying from the continental one to the vietnamese specialties. Hanoi E Central was so pleasant i would recommend it to anyone.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d want after a day of exploring Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and local street food spots. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices and fresh ingredients. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Our room was 6th Floor and the room was perfect we were greeted with flowers on our californian king sized bed. The aircon was already set so our room was nice and cool, this was perfect as it was so hot outside. The amenities were great and the decor was very luxurious. Staff were tentative on our late arrival and took our bags to our room supplied water, tea and coffee. Buffet breakfast was available with a A La Carte menu available and cooked very quick... Rosie was so nice to talk to and checked into ensure we were ok and there to assist if we needed it... A+ Also given a keepsake for our stay....

To be honest, the first thing that stood out was the staff , they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Rosy, who was absolutely fantastic. She guided us like a family member, making us feel truly welcome and at home. She helped us planning our trips in Honai and it helped us a lot. The location of the hotel was perfect. It offered easy access to the market, the lake, the old town, and plenty of street food stalls. Exploring those stalls is a must if you want to experience the local traditional culture of Vietnam. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
