This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting all the important sites of Hanoi. And so close to the beautiful lake and lots of lovely eateries! Apart from the delicious street food, try the delectables at Bread Factory! They are so yum. The staff at E Central are the most lovely I have met in all my travels from south to north in Vietnam. So kind, caring and gracious. They think of everything and genuinely care that you are happy and feel like it is your home away from home. The rooms are so comfortable and the beds are Goldilocks 'just right' haha! Also, I highly recommend the delicious breakfasts - there is plenty of choice to be had! If you want to be spoilt then I can only strongly advocate that you stay here. Many hotels promise a lot but too often fail to deliver and leave one feeling very disappointed - this is NOT one of those hotels.

Everywhere you go in VN the staff are good, but the staff here are exceptional. Read a few reviews before booking here and they mentioned the travel desk here as really good and Lilly in particular. The reviews did not truly give her justice. Best help ever received in everything. Stayed on an additional five days for a total of seven nights thanks to Lilly’s knowledge and professionalism in meeting all our tour needs. Thank you,Lilly.

I’ve made reservations at this place months in advance and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are small but cozy and they are all you need for a good stay. The location is just perfect as it is just beside the beer street, Hoan Kiem lake among others. we walked on foot the entire Hanoi old quarter from the hotel and such a good experience at it was! Rosa also helped us with Ninh Binh and Ha long bay tours and they were truly enriching and pleasant. Cannot thank the hotel personnel enough for making our stay in Hanoi so wonderful. Thank you very much and I hope to bunk at this place the next time I visit Hanoi again

Location is so convenient. It's within walking distance to most sightseeing places in Old Quarter. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel staff were very helpful. Helped booked our bus trip to Sapa and also offerred tours if interested. We had a really early morning checkout for a bustrip en route to Sapa. Hotel Manager Lily even had a takeaway breakfast packed for us so we could have it on the bus. Our room wasn't available upon check-in as another family requested for a later checkout. We were upgraded to a bigger room (penthouse) that night.

Property could do with a bit of TLC in terms of maintenance. The blind in one of the bathrooms in the penthouse was stucked so we couldn't shower in there at night. Not a big variety for breakfast, but it's ok for the price paid.

The rooms are very spacious, with a lot of counter space in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to the lake! You can hear doors opening and closing however you won’t hear others talking in their rooms unless they are being much louder than normal. The street noise was fairly manageable (I think anywhere in Hanoi old quarter you should expect some level of street noise). I would stay here again!

Great hotel and great location, very easy to walk everywhere. Our family had great time at E Central luxury hotel, ms Rosa arranged all my trip in Vietnam, Halong bay with Dragon bay 5 star cruise, Sapa, ninhbinh, trains, flight, motorcycle tour, banna hill, mekong tours…with 20% discount than Online booking. All service was excellent and great service. My children loved so much Family room , so beautiful and quiet, delicious breakfast, all staffs friendly and courteous.. We highly recommend this hotel for all travelers 🥰🥰🥰🫣

We loved this hotel, location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter and walking distance from bars, restaurants and touristy areas. Breakfast was exceptionally good, very clean comfy room. Above all the nicest part of our stay was the friendliness of all the staff and in particular miss Lily, Lily helped us with arranging cars, tours and taking care of a few things too. Every good hotel should have someone like Lily in it. Ha was also really Nice and helpful.

The only little thing was the exchange rate paid when converting USD to VDN whilst paying for cars and tours in USD, there was a difference of about 2.5% more than the currentl XE rate

I had a wonderful experience at Hanoi E Central Hotel Boutique. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d want after a day of exploring Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and local street food spots. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices and fresh ingredients. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. This hotel is a hidden gem and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Hanoi E central is a very nice hotel in the heart of hanoi. It is on a small street, so you will not notice the traffic much. We stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Ms. Lily helped arrange our tours to Sa Pa and Ha long bay, and thanks to her, we found very nice tours and hotels there as well. We stayed another night here after our tours and it felt like coming home at that point. The staff is very helpful and always came to chat with us when we came back. They all speak english well. The rooms we had were very clean and well equipped. The airco had a night mode which made sleeping easier with no noise. The shower was large and the bed large and soft. Breakfast was both a buffet and from a menu with various items. The laundry service was also great and very cheap.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The service is impeccable. Rosie and her team provided us with the best stay in Hanoi. When we arrived on the first day, there were welcome drinks and fruits, and Rosie sat down patiently with us to introduce the important sites and sights that we must see around the area. The hotel is in the Old Quarters and is within walking distance to good shopping and food. Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre nearby should not by be missed too. The breakfast included food from the buffet line as well as a list of ala carte dishes that we could order and were served swiftly. Everyday, we were greeted with bright smiles and greetings whenever we met the staff. On our last day in Hanoi, Rosie sent us to the doorstep and helped us to get a grab car to the airport. As we were quite confused about the terminal for domestic flights, she helped us to book a grab for the correct terminal and one that was big enough to fit all our luggage. It was a really cold day but Rosie and her staff stood outside the hotel and waited with us for the grab. We are really thankful to have such a pleasant experience. We regretted not booking our Halong Bay trip through Rosie and did it ourselves before we set off. Her sincerity and detailed explanations about the itinerary would have been even more beneficial for us. Well done team! Thank you so much!
