The property was clean and comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was nice and the staff were wonderful. They even packed us breakfast when our car arrived early.

JaCosmo is located strategically in a quiet area near everything. The rooms are spacious , the beds comfortable and the breakfast simple but tasty. The best part is Michael who is most responsive and helpful with all the land travel requirements. Cleaning is done everyday, with fresh towels made available everyday. The staff is always cheerful and helpful like Henry. There is a quaint little cafe nearby named Cafe Va Da Uong Thu Cong with the most genuinely friendly guys who serve the best coffees and fruit teas in Hanoi!

Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Richard who was very welcoming and offered useful tips that helped make our first trip in Hanoi much easier. The family room was very spacious. The noodles served for breakfast were tasty.

The room seemed a little old. Cleanliness of the room could be improved on. The corridor outside the room could be less cluttered.

Great location in Old Quarters close by to Hoang Kiem Lake. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a generous size. I stayed on the 9th and 10th floor and did not hear other rooms nor street noises. The staff was also helpful with booking my airport transfer, train tickets to Sapa and bus tickets to Ninh Binh via Whatsapp prior to our arrival. Everything worked out great and exceeded my expectations. For those taking the sleeper night train to Sapa, it’s a great idea to just book a half day or an extra night at the hotel to leave for the train at your convenience. That was money well spent for us.

Elevator a bit cramped and too much storage of housekeeping items on staircases. However, we did not use the staircases and the availability of the one elevator was never an issue.

The location is great, the staff is unbelievably helpful ☺️ For sure we will come back to Hanoi and stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic and so close to the lake and main area of Hanoi. Lots of shops and beautiful French restaurant across the road. We stayed in the top room and it was amazing. So much space and so clean and luxurious. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and have excellent English, Brian was especially helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also beautiful and had both Asian and western options. If you are looking for a hotel in Hanoi I’d highly recommend ja cosmo.
