I really enjoyed staying here in Hanoi. I felt home away from home. First night our plane got delayed 3 hours and we arrived at the hotel at 3 am. I was a little bit worried as the hotel entrance looked closed and dark. As we were wandering, we saw someone was coming to us. He was the hotel staff member who was on duty that night still waiting for us. We are very grateful for his patience. The location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of places of attractions are within a few kilometers. The famous egg coffee place, water puppet show place, the prison, markets are within 10 min walking distance. Arranging tours and hotel transfers are easy to arrange at the hotel reception desk at the compatible rate. The hotel also offers a spa and massages at a reasonable rate. My son said their skills and price is much better than some massage places on the streets. The breakfast bar has a range of breakfast menus you can enjoy, toast bars, juice stations, famous Vietnam style cooked foods, salad bar, porridge, egg according to your taste. . You can do money exchanges at the reception at a good rate. The hotel staff were very helpful whatever request we had. Overall we were satisfied staying at this hotel and will stay with them if I ever go back to Hanoi. .

Location, in a quiet alley away from the bustling noisy street. Friendly and helpful staff. On one evening, I couldn't get a Grab bike out for a dinner appointment. Front desk lady Amy helped me out using an alternative app thru her mobile phone, and it didn't take long to confirm a ride. Best yet, thru her app was even cheaper than my initial Grab transport request. Thank you so much.

The bed mattress has overused its run, slumping down soft in the centre. Each time I toss or turn in my sleep, the bed frame squeaks noisy. The room wasn't spacious as described on its room info. Weak water pressure for a bath shower, and the water wasn't hot enough, just warm. Amenities were minimal basic for a junior suite. No city views, neither was there wine/champagne for guests, as indicated for this "junior suite" room info. Breakfast spread was just alright.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms had been done up beautifully. Location a few blocks from lake but easy to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

First night was noisy but they changed rooms for us next day no problem. Bathroom doesn’t provide a lot of privacy if you are traveling with someone other than your partner.

Both the day we reached the breakfast table around 9.15 but the staff said breakfast time is only up to 9.30 and started removing all items by 9.30. Since we reached the restaurant before 9.30 they should have allowed us to finish our breakfast.

We stayed there for 5 nights . Everything about the hotel was excellent . We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly . We booked all our tours ,the jeep city tour, Ha long Bay tour , Nin Binh through the hotel and the staff ,specially Ms Lyn was really organized and made sure that we get the best. We booked airport pick up through the hotel as well and the service was really satisfied . Because they well organized all the tours we could enjoy our tour without any hassle . They gave us a printed map of Hanoi and gave us a brief explanation of the local interests around the hotel which was really helpful . We enjoyed the hotel Spa and the laundry service and both were really nice 😊 We booked the room with breakfast and it was a great deal. The spread was nice and the breakfast was ready by 6:30 in every morning .

The staff at the accommodation was phenomenal. We were greeted by the receptionist Jack who welcomed us and went above and beyond in finding us a compatible adapter. He was also very attentive in meeting our needs. The male staff who served breakfast( and offered guests eggs) were also excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The buffet food was average. It could be improved by incorporating more local food that is less westernised.

The staff were wonderful. There was some construction on our floor, however we didn't complain as they are working on making improvements. One day staff called and offered to move us. We were moved to a lower floor which had more space and the construction noise was much better. The breakfast is incredible and the young man who greeted us daily always has a bright happy smile. We got made to order eggs everyday. Our room was cleaned daily. On our last day we were about to leave, order our grab ride to the airport, however the staff stopped me and ordered the car and paid for our ride. We were certainly surprised at the thoughtfulness and thinking ahead for us. Kudos to all the wonderful staff here for making us feel well taken care of in your country. You went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much!

It's difficult to complain about anything because the staff were so good and they are working on making room/hotel improvements. If I have to nitpick, I guess I would suggest a slip mat for the shower. But the rooms are wonderful and the staff were fantastic.

Enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Paradise Center Hotel and Spa. We were looking for something in the old quarter to Experience the culture. Hotel is located within close walking distance to the centre, including local market that is open on Saturdays and Sundays. There are lots of shops around the area. Also close to French Quarter. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and assisted us with everything from advising on local attractions to what tours to go on. My wife also booked a massage at the hotel and really enjoyed it Access to hotel is via a side street, but lobby, rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was great. It was also very good value for money

This was the third hotel we experienced in Hanoi and the best in this price range. Why? Despite some reviews degrading the location down an alleyway, when you have stayed in other Hanoi hotels you realise what a benefit this is as it's so much quieter! Staff are lovely, room was top (free upgrade) and we had a really good sleep for once. Breakfast was the best of the hotels we experienced here. Location is perfect as you are on the edge of the Old Quarter, so with easier access, but still ideal for exploring the Old Quarter. We are booking this hotel again for our final night before we leave Vietnam, and when/if we return to Hanoi (hopefully) we will stay here :)

Honestly, nothing. In this price range compared to the other places we stayed in this property exceeded our expectations.

The place is very clean, good breakfast and the staff is superb! If you stay in the lower floors you will not have a view. It is close to the lake and between old town and the French Court!

We stayed in the lower floor, thus it was a bit dark! But, it was ok!
