The layout of these rooms were very efficient. It felt very spacious and there was plenty of bathroom counter space for toiletries. Kim was wonderful in helping us arrange our activities and responded very quickly to messages and the hotel staff were so friendly. We really miss this kind of customer service in the US. Some areas for improvement we would make is there are not enough electrical outlets next to the bed to plug our phones or other devices. Also the blow dryer in our room was too weak. Other than these minor inconveniences, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel while in Hanoi. This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed there with our children and the staff made every effort to ensure we felt welcome, comfortable and happy. The beds were comfortable, quiet and beautifully cleaned each day. Breakfast had far more choice than we were expecting and was delicious. Location was perfect. It is also fantastic to have an onsite spa after a long day walking around! We left a few days ago and my children still talk about how kind everyone was and how they'd love to go back!

Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Not too hard, not too soft. The adjoining room was perfect for our family of 5. One king-size bed in one room and 2 full-sized beds in the other. (It says they are twin sizes but they are a bit bigger than twin size.) Our twin girls (age 13) slept in 1 bed together and our 15-year-old daughter slept in the other bed. We had a bathroom in each room. The air conditioning was good and worked well. It was 92-96 degrees Fahrenheit during our 5-night stay. We are from America and found plenty of things to eat at their free breakfast. They had made-to-order eggs, which we took advantage of each morning. The breakfast buffet was better than most chain hotel breakfasts in the USA. I'd say the hotel is a 3/5 star, but the service is 5/5! The staff there are amazing! So, it makes this a 4/5 star hotel in my book. We would not hesitate to stay again as the value was worth it!

The room was pretty clean, but not perfect. They need to replace the bathroom grout and could have wiped down the front of the closet door. There was nothing that made us want to check out and leave though.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, including helping us with bags at the start and end of our stay, and calling our shuttle which was running a bit late so that we didn’t have to worry (just because it was a bit later than we’d told them it was coming, not because we looked worried!) The rooms were lovely and the hotel was right in the Old quarter and near Hoan Kiem lake and the water puppet theatre. It was a lovely quiet sanctuary from the fantastic chaos of Hanoi. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of options including freshly cooked hot options.

I am writing a review for 1st 2 nights of my stay at the hotel. Guest service was outstanding especially Kim who is sales manager of the hotel. She took care of excursions, restaurant arrangements and more. I would highly recommend booking excursions through her. Breakfast was good too. It was not like five stars hotel buffet but quality of each items were good. Air on is individual systems (pac unit built in for each room) it is Japanese product has heating function as well which is appreciated for winter visit.

There was hot water issues one morning but fixed within the day. Quality of shampoo was not good. No conditioner provided. No face towels were provided.

The location is amazing, right in the center and within walking distance of the weekend market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. While the hotel isn’t very close to Train Street, it’s easy to grab a taxi and get there quickly. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the shower area.

Great customer services from front desk Manager N staffs especially Jennie, Lucas, Nam, May n lugguge porter staff during our 3 nites stay in the hotel. All the staffs are very courteous, friendly n helpful in providing all the informations we needed as our 1st time holiday in Hanoi. Love the 50 percent discount value for money spa service provided within the hotel. Love the sumptuous breakfast spread. Highly recommended to our relatives n friends to stay in this Hotel with great customer service n cleanliness too. Love their central locations to all the tourist attractions n nearby night market happenings on Fri, Sat N Sun.Great shopping spree around the hotel vicinity. Highly recommended!

Our stay was unexpected due to getting a stomach bug. But from the minute we arrive the staff were so attentive and nuturering. They brought us water and ginger and lemon tea. They checked in on us, and guided us where to eat to stay safe from any more tummy issues. I could not have felt so loved when I was feeling very home sick. A very big thank you to all the staff for your incredible kindness you are simply amazing, and we couldn't have chosen a better Hotel to stay while we recovered. 10 out of 10

Not a single thing

The location and the staff are superb. Didn't have any treatments but they're supposedly very affordable. Breakfast was OK, there's something for everyone. The staff even helped me afterwards in receiving a few online orders on my behalf.

Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and the noise from the kitchen and chairs being moved around can be heard in the (connecting) room just above the space on the 3rd floor. We requested a change of rooms and were lucky to get transferred to the 5th floor where the noise was no longer audible. So, avoid the connecting room on the 3rd floor for peace of mind (unless you're an early bird and like waking up at 6:00AM)

Even before we arrived we received clear communications via WhatsApp. Upon arrival we were given a very warm welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly over a welcome drink. Each member of staff was very courteous and friendly. We used the hotel's excellent spa facilities as well as booking a cruise through them. Overall it exceeded our expectations as well as being excellent value.
