Room is big, in good location a short 5-10 mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The balcony enabled us to dry our clothes by using a portable travel over the door hook clothes hanger, 1 on each door, which caught the early morning sun. 24h reception. Very comfortable room. Pillows a bit high for me , but still suitable for my other family members. We were very comfortable staying here. Highly recommended.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom hiding in the towels. The balcony is small with just enough space for 1 person to sit.

I like the clean hot and cold shower . Fresh towel everyday and the room service lady always bring new sets of toothbrush etc.. Miss Ha,the food staff us very accommodating. She always check on all the customers need during breakfast. And Sir David the one that receive us in the reception is also attending to us in all our needs.He even facilitate our transportation going to the airport in the early of 3 am .Thanks to the driver that is very good in driving with a cool music too.That is a very amazing,relaxing and a sweet memory to count on during our vacation in Vietnam..

I don't think I have one thing that I don't like.

The rooms we booked are 2 types, room with couple bed is so nice and has balcony. The other rooms are family rooms, the room in front of building also has the balcony but the room and the back side we got hasn't but so spacious. The hotel has elevator for 7 floors. The location is close by the old town quarter where you can walk around and shopping, eating and drinking. Staff are so nice. Breakfast is ok but not many choices.

The restroom door in the family room/back side of building is broken but we're ok for that. The aircon so loud when working but we're also ok, haha.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great experience. What made our stay delightful is the staff. Everyone was very polite and friendly! We were in Hanoi during the Tet holiday and the hotel was short on staff, but the remaining staff were still diligent enough in taking care of the guests. During our last day, while my friend is sick, they were very considerate with our check out time, and we really appreciated it.

The building/structure is a bit old, and so as the furnitures but they are maintained and functioning okay.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Its a good value hotel in the old quarters. Spacious comfortable rooms, good amenities, helpful staff. Its an old structure like most of the buildings around, as can be seen from the design of doors and windows, but its clean, properly maintained and functioning. You get the old quarter vibe right from the room itself. So no complaints here. I had the room with a little balcony. Recommended. I used their airport pick up and drop off service as well, which was on time and efficient.

The staff were so helpful and kind! They were very accommodating to all our requests and needs such as late check-in, and really made our experience here amazing. We are very thankful. Great laundry service, our clothes came back dry and folded and they asked us before sending them to be washed how we would like them to be cleaned (temperature, drier..)

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the shower flooded the bathroom.. there was a window but it was less than a meter away from another wall so no light came through... very minor things though we still had a great stay!

Second time staying there the hotel is close to everything we needed tourist attractions. David the manager had answer all questions we had and gave great recommendations to restaurants and even calling us a cab. Organising a company to pick us up from other locations to bring us back to Hanoi. The breakfast was great fresh food and Haa the cook was very friendly. The hotel is a small operation but I feel you got to know the staff and greeted you warmly. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really

The rooms are stunning with beautiful old architecture and shutters that help block out the hubbub of the city. The owners are lovely, very helpful and make suprisingly good brewed coffee even for those used to espresso. The location is great, around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Hanoi and walking distance to the lake, sites in the Old and French quarter and major tourist destinations. The owners were always offering help and tips and overall I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hanoi.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome. They are lovely people and I would go back there because of them. They were helpful, kind and gave us what we needed whenever we asked for help. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the lake and we were able to walk most places in the old quarter. Breakfast was basic but good, fresh and was what we needed.

The decor in the rooms is a little dated but it was clean and all the good of this hotel outweighs that.

The location was perfect along with the staff. David and Nisa in the front desk were super helpful, friendly and always ready to help with anything from domestic air tickets to day tours. They even made breakfast early for us so that we could leave for our tour at 7:45am. The rooms were clean and tidy. The smile on the faces of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We will surely recommend the hotel to our friends and family for sure..
