Breakfast area - the sitting area was small and menu was limited but enough that we found something, my 10 year old had eggs that were ready made by a wonderfully friendly cook. There was toast and coffee, pho, made to order eggs, salad and water/ watermelon juice. Staff - very kind and willing to help. The cleaners and cook were nice as well. Room - large and spacious with 2 double beds. The mattresses were foamy and hard to sleep- some may like this type though. We had a balcony with 2 little chairs and plants to make it more pleasant. It was tidied when asked with clean sheets and towels. Area- we were there for New Years and it was a perfect location to get downtown and back with ease. Wifi & TV - there was basis cable and there were a few English programs available. Internet was solid as well.

The bathroom was basis. The shower head and toilet could use an update but it was all in working order. The refrigerator was not turned on but the staff offered to keep food and drinks the kitchen upstairs. Noise from the bus stop across the street and the traffic was bothersome from around 6-10 pm.

The property is beside the no 86 bus to airport and is in walking distance to all the attractions in the old town .The front line receptionist Lily,Lien and Kelvin who spoke great english were brilliant. Lily organised trips to Ha.long Bay and Ning Bing for me .The room was lovely and a special thank you to the chef who came in early to cook breakfast which was lovely when leaving early on day trips .Thank you also to the cleaning staff who made the room so clean .

I did not like the fact that I had to leave the hotel and continue on my travels

The room is quite big. We are stay in family room. Is enough for us 2 adults and 3 kids. The breakfast are nice. Eventhough you okly can choose one dish. My suggestion is try the banana pancake, very good. The place for breakfast is small but is okay. The location also very good in heart of old quarter. Is easy to go around. Lots of foods and near the night market also. Overall we are happy to stay in Hanoi Stella hotel.

Cleanliness should be improve little bit. Especially for some corner and little space between tables.

Very helpful and attentive staff who really took care of us and helped out on many occasions. Good breakfast on top floor with a view. Very good location for access to Hoàn Kiem lake, , Old Quarter,, and French Quarter.. Comfortable room with a view ,and quiet at night. Convenient access to airport bus and public transportation. Stayed for 8 days and the Stella Hotel became our home away from home.

Everything was fine. Any concern was dealt with immediately. The Stella is a small but well-run hotel.

Amazing staff, very wonderfull, polite, caring people, always ready to help and made sure our stay was comfortable. The room was cozy, the best feature was the balcony, good to relax after a day of exploring the city. Free water, tea, coffee, noodles provided in the room. Convenient location, close to restaurants, shops.

You could hear the noises coming from the city and inside the building, for some that might be disturbing.

Staff were very friendly, very helpful, especially Lily she helped me book 2 excursions which were very very good and good value

There was nothing I did not like about the property. I like my stay there.

Great staff. Great location. Spacious room with good size balcony to relax on in the evening.

My room was double booked on check-in and had to take another room for the night and the room wasn't too great. They were apologetic and refunded me some money which was good.

Would have been better it the room had heater/reverse air conditioner during cold/winter days. Breakfasts are a bit disappointing.

The hotel location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, but also in a quiet street. It makes our stay convenient but also very comfortable, very friendly staff, clean room. They arranged for us a large room (40 sqm) with balcony and two large beds for two girls :))). I will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

Nice balcony seating area with a good view (you can close it off for cold or rainy weather), very attentive and kind staff who were super helpful. The location is perfect. The facilities in the room were really good, fan and air con plus a heater and hairdryer if you are there in the colder months.
